PETA, the HSUS, RSPCA and other anti-exotic-pet/meat/hunting/zoo organizations should rip a page from the book of Heaven's Gate and commit mass suicide.

RSPCA are the good guys. If you see a dog with its ribs sticking out and its fur all mangy you call the RSPCA.
To the RSPCA, PETA are like their very embarrassing distant relatives. But mass suicide is too much even for them. WTFd.
No idea what HSUS are like. Are they American?
HSUS = Humane Society, United States, I gather.
I'm not a big fan of PETA, seeing them as basically arrogant, self-righteous busybodies - which they are - but come on, suicide? Just ignore them, you don't actually have to do what they say, unless you're some sort of weak-willed milquetoast or something.
RSPCA and other anti-exotic-pet/meat/hunting/zoo organizations
Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Officers of this national charity here in the UK can certainly call upon police help in the removal of animals from those committing cruel acts and/or keeping them in inhumane conditions. Especially when they have the necessary court documents which give them the legal power to do so: thus police enforcement backup if the owner(s) refuse to co-operate.
What next: the PDSA tortures animals: when this veterinary equivalent of the NHS - which, unlike this state healthcare system for humans is a donations-sourced charity - provides vet healthcare for those who can't afford standard vets bills?!
There are vets, who give of their time for this charity for free : So therefore the doctors/surgeons etc in Medecins Sans Frontieres are basically members of 'Elite Hunting' from the "Hostel" films...?! Doug Piramnha-levels of sarcasm]
...or simply a case of 'Did Not Do The Research', much?
Yeah i was going to tell him to fuck off in the last post but i don't really like to argue with other comnentors. That being said, if you think it's ok to unnesesarily harm animals you are a terrible person, period.
Putting peta in with those other groups is wrong as shown by other commentors here. I'd like to put in a good word for the spca here in nz, which does good stuff.
I'm sorry you hate them because they oppose the hunting of endangered species!? What the actual fuck?
Please honestly never come to new zealand, 99% of the country, right or left think we should protect our native species, especially the endangered ones. And we love animals, you wouldn't be welcome here. You'd probably do something stupid like intentionally spread dieback disease throgh our 1000-yr old kauri forests.
@DB97531
Contrary to what vegans would have you think I don't hate animals. I love them as species, not individuals. I would never intentionally spread kauri dieback, and I'm all for protection and conservation of species, which simply means keeping them alive. Therefore, the canned hunting on endangered species on ranches, which breeds them and shoots them in a sustainable manner, is conservation. Anti-exploitation is anti-conservation.
"The RSPCA is the British counterpart to the ASPCA. Yeah they are the other side of the extreme compared to PETA. They are good. "
"Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. "
Wasn't aware (I am not Randomosaur, I posted 2065230 though) so thanks Moose and 2065259 for setting me straight on that. Much respect to RSPCA
While I could see how those hunting ranches might keep the species alive, I'm still against them on the issue of animal cruelty anyway.
Admittedly I'm also against trophy hunting in general too, but I guess that's a different argument entirely.
But on exotic pets: I guess the OP didn't realize most endangered species kept as pets are actually captured from the wild, sometimes actually killing the parent in the process.
RSPCA [...] oppose keeping exotic animals as pets
Now what part of 'keeping them in inhumane conditions' don't you understand?
Many's the time I've seen in editions of "Monkey Life " on the 'Pick' channel on Sunday afternoons, where RSPCA officers have had to remove various species of primates from private homes (just as the Monkey World Ape Rescue Centre in Dorset here in the UK: founded by Jim Cronin MBE, have done the same with Chimpanzees used as beach photographers' 'props' in Spain, Portugal, Cyprus etc): even in those considered 'clean'.
But then, would you - an ape - like being kept in a small bird cage, just like the Pygmy Marmosets saved by Dr. Alison Cronin...?!
Of course not. That would be in humane.
At least the facilities here in the UK - the largest of it's kind on the planet - created by Alison & the late Jim provides a humane life for those unable to survive in the wild.
If it didn't, you'd have thought that such a TV series would have barely survived the pilot , never mind nine series.
...oh, and do the A SPCA have any jurisdiction here in Britain?
@ Anon-e-moose
They think all exotic animals including reptiles, fish, tarantulas, etc are kept in inhumane conditions. But even if only 5% of owners kept animals in good conditions, it should remain legal. And the majority of exotic animal owners (at least small creatures) keep their pets in excellent conditions. Nevertheless, if 49 snakes, cows, monkeys, spiders or whatever have to die or be neglected so that 1 can live a happy life, then so be it.
@WhiteNoise
Hunting ranches are less cruel than factory farms, unlike animals on factory farms which suffer before dying animals shot with guns or bows die instantly. Also, the great majority of exotic animals sold in the West are captive-bred.
What the FUCK!? How DARE they lump RSPCA with fucking PETA!?
RSPCA wants to end UNNECESSARY cruelty to animals, making sure that cats and dogs can live good lives and all the farm animals can have decent lives before being slaughtered.
PETA, on the other hand… jeez!
Confused?
