"Nigger" is a well-known derogatory term. Using it, whether you are racist or not, is going to earn you well-deserved criticism.
Now, look at your last sentence. You're not racist, you have black friends (so you say), but you hate that the president is something 1) he had/has no control over, 2) does not affect his ability to be a functioning person, 3) does not determine what he is or is not good at.
You are indeed racist. Go away.
I'm not racist, the guys who clean my pool and take care of my yard are niggers and they are always really nice when I pay them. See...I have nigger friends...but I really hate that half-breed they elected president...

Just because you have a couple of friends (or do you?) that are black doesn't give you a license to use that word or hate that our new president is black.

"Nigger" doesn not neccessarily make you racist, though many racists use it. Hating someone for their race, however, does.
