@ TDR: I don't think it's so much that he's expressing these opinions to them -- they're going to hear stuff like this sooner or later -- but the fact that he is basically the ultimate authority figure on that board, censors virtually all dissent, and appears to set up his views as the only way a True Christian (TM) should think, that is irresponsible.
