Not always. Lack of empathy is quite common in fireies and cops, mostly due to:

Nerotypical (thinking): If I run into that building, I may die. How will my death effect my spouse/child/whomever.
Sociopath: *Runs into building*
Lack of empathy doesn't imply lack of morals, although there is a tendency toward idiosyncratic moral systems where most people just immate the people around them.

How can you have too much humanity? We're humans, aren't we? I just saw a report of a study that shows that human children share with each other, for the sake of sharing, and they cooperate until everyone has gotten a reward. Chimpanzee babies play alone and only cooperate until they have gotten their own reward. Perhaps you want a chimpanzee society, Suleyman?
We don't accept inhumane Islamo-fascists, we accept those who flee from inhumane Islamo-fascists. But we have a (more or less) Christian-fascist party in parliament. (About 80 percent of us detest that, though.) Perhaps if the inhumane Islamo-fascists had gotten a bit more humanity in their lives, they wouldn't be inhumane Islamo-fascists...
If by "feminazis" you mean that women have almost as much rights as men do, but still only earn about 85 percent of what men do for the same kind of job, and are still partly blamed for rapes, then yes, we are all feminazis.
I get that he might be using 'hive mind' (which should probably have a hyphen, by the way) as a rhetorical device to refer to people who all share the same opinion, but it's a really bad pattern of thought to slip into. Thinking of people as a hive-mind does nothing but inhibit understanding.
