I have Asperger's Syndrome with ADHD and Dyspraxia, and I am engaged to a beautiful woman who loves me for who I am. We intend to marry one day in the near future.
OK it has taken me a long time. I was "incel" for so many years I thought I was doomed... but I never hated the opposite sex or blamed them for my failure. This is where you lot go wrong.
I decided instead to try and find out why I was not attracting anyone. I knew nothing about autism or Asperger's in those days. If I had, it would have saved a lot of heartache. The way I found my sweetheart is because we were both posting on the same forum and just took a liking to each other. At that time neither of us knew what the other looked like.
I feel as though this is something I know a good bit about, and I can tell you people with disabilities are not seen as 'subhuman' by anyone other than redneck dipshits or the woefully misinformed. In general I have found that as people become more and more educated on the subject, the more compassionate they tend to be, especially now that there are so many people on the spectrum.

I am a service coordinator serving those with developmental disabilities, including Aspergers and Autism. My whole career is devoted to ensuring individuals with these conditions are treated with respect.
The problem in terms of romantic relationships is not that individuals with these conditions are treated as subhuman, but that their behaviors are challenging for potential partners. A major factor in relationships is nonverbal behaviors. If they are "off" in some way, it is less likely a person will be attracted.
Beyond that, if an individual has unusual behaviors beyond non-verbal (such as obsessions, compulsions, requirements for ritual or sameness) this is naturally going to put a potential partner off. This is a problem but it doesn't mean the potential partner is doing anything wrong or seeing you as subhuman.

While (as far as I know) not diagnosed, my mother is an aspie and ADHDer. Evidently, she still got her man, although unfortunately, he died of cancer in 2013 with only 54 years.

I'm reasonably certain I am not on the spectrum and just inherited a family history of occasionally near-crippling anxiety disorders (which I share with my sister.) I need rituals and schedules to keep my day coordinated and problem-free. I've had satisfying relationships in my life, including my current, nearly ten-year romance with a university professor.

Yes... if only these people would realise that sex is not just a physical excercise... it involves a good deal of deep personal connection on emotional and mental levels. This is where the incel's work has to be done. There has to be something heartfelt to communicate before a sex act can take place.
