To me it seems conservatives often treat women more like property, than with respect.
If we're to be nit-picking about "racial loyalty", from an European perspective Slavs are often not considered completely white. Both Ivana and Melania Trump were born in Slavic countries (former Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia).
Political correctness is simply treating others with respect. Wasn't that a conservative value...?
The only difference I see is that one doesn't care about race while the other attacks anyone who in any way deviates from their personal preferences with wild and baseless accusations born wholly of undisguised racism & bigotry.

The original subject was white men who are (or seem to be) sexually aggressive toward Asian women. I'm sure some are, but after reading some of the original Great Wall-o-Text, it seems likely that maybe white men seem more pushy because they don't have the same reticence of Asian men ... and that those same men might act just the same toward white women. In other words, autre races, autre mores. Just a misunderstanding, nothing to do with racism.
You want to go with facts, not feelings? Tell'em you're not interested. If that's hard for an Asian woman to do, stand in front of the mirror and practice. You're talking about generalities far too broadly, and they don't apply.

If racial loyalty is one aspect of conservative values, then I feel even more confident in rejecting conservatism outright.
As far as not being promiscuous, perhaps many conservatives aren't, but instead they enjoy practicing serial monogamy. It's not hard to find a list online of prominent Republicans who have had multiple marriages.

If it were up to me I'd mix the shit out of race. I see the increase in interracial visibility as one of the best things ever. Heck, I love it so much I like when non-human cartoons do it because that means kids can see the viability.
