Most people are against unrestricted abortions, the killing of the unborn. The Supreme Court should not have the power to rewrite the Constitution the way they have the last few years. In the next few months most people will see double digit increases on their health plans, whether it is the government plan, work plan, or the government plan. The president says not to worry, if you are on the government plan they will give you more subsidy. Maybe so, maybe not. Millions of people are out in the cold: can't afford the government rates and don't qualify for a subsidy ("It's the craziest thing", Bill Clinton). The big insurance companies are leaving it rather than keep losing money. Many people on the government plans are shocked when they see a $15,000 deductible, and that their doctor is not on the plan. The government regulations did away with many good insurance plans. Now a lot of people are stuck with the government plan: higher rates, higher deductible, less coverage.
Hillary says she will work to fix it. The best way to do that is a lot of paper shredders. What she needs to work for is to open up the medicare to anyone who wants it.

Wasn't that the original idea for the ACA? The one Republicans absolutely rejected?
BTW, the Republicans plan on privatizing Medicare and Social Security anyway...
@DarkPhoenix : of course they do.
Because that's the fastest, surest way to get rid of them AND feed vast sums of money to the firms that would be running the programs into the ground in the process.

Of course it is, but this time it'll be a Republican proposing the plan!
Most people are ok with abortion up to a certain point in the pregnancy. Most countries that have abortion rights have a limit around week 16 to 18, after which the embryo is deemed to have developed enough to perhaps have functioning nervous system (and thereby sense of self and ability to feel pain) and to possibly be able to sustain life outside the womb. After that limit, only medically necessary abortions are allowed.
If you don't like how the Constitution process works, blame the Founding Fathers, not the Supreme Court which is only doing its job.
1973 is the "last few years"? Or are you not thinking about Roe vs Wade?
Except there was nothing on abortion in the USA Constitution, so the SCotUS could hardly have rewritten it.
They considered that since there was nothing against it in the Constitution, it was to be authorised.
The Supreme Court should not have the power to rewrite the Constitution the way they have the last few years.
...and they don't. Their job is to interpret what is say. Rewriting it would mean adding an amendment that says "Abortion is legal". However the way the Constitution is written says every amendment has to face a ratification process. The same goes with removing an amendment, which requires adding an amendment.
Most people are against unrestricted abortion
That's why we don't have it.

Unclear on how the judiciary works.

Socialist welfare bum.
There were a lot of problems with the ACA but in most cases where people had to change coverage plans it was actually because their current plan was not good enough? How was that a bad thing?
As for unrestricted abortions? Ha that does not exist.
How has the Supreme Court been rewriting the Constitution, and more importantly, how has it been doing so more in the last few years? Are you referring to gay marriage? Once that gets legalized in one state, other states must recognize marriages performed in those states under the full faith and credit clause, even if they needn't allow such marriages in their own states. Abortion? That's been recognized since the 70s.
"Of course it is, but this time it'll be a Republican proposing the plan!"
I thought Mitt Romney first proposed what is now Obamacare? Then again, as soon as Obama said he was for it, the Republicans were against it.

The problem with the ACA is that a lack of a public option allows the insurance companies to set the rates... and the ACA forces insurance on people. This is the same as in other countries with government-run health care, but those countries are either single payer or they have a public option to force insurance costs down. Obama removed the public option to try and get the Republicans to accept the act, but even without it they refused (because of course they did). And he ended up having to leave it off to get the last few votes from Blue Dog Democrats like Joe Manchin.
Also, the ACA was supposed to include an expansion to Medicaid (allowing more poor people to afford health care), but because of the same idiots, it ended up being optional. All 30-something states the Republicans controlled promptly refused the expansion to make the ACA look worse. Funny thing, though, some of them are now walking that back... because states that accepted the Medicaid expansion have been doing much better under the ACA.

I hate to have to use this again, after that one idiot who kept swearing up & down that the SCOTUS had no power to declare laws unconstitutional:

And the SCOTUS has not even changed the Constitution, they struck down bad laws because of the Constitution.
"Most people are against unrestricted abortions, the killing of the unborn."
Most people are against using government to enforce an extremist cult.
Too many people are against both at the same time. We call them self deluded fundies.

Mitt Romney implemented an essentially identical system in Massachusetts. That's how I can figure that the elephants won't stampede if it comes from their own...
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
