t was 96% of the black voters casting their ballot for Obama. And it is racist when you consider these voters never followed the 'golden rule' from MLK.
"I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
If they had, Obama would never be voted into any public office.

Black people did look at the content of his character, and they saw a youngish, smart family man. That they did not see a Kenyan Indonesian Arab Islamist Nazi communist gay cocaine-addled transvestite impostor king is your problem, not theirs.

I'm going to make that into a bumper sticker, and stick it on tea party cars.
@ivurm
Please. I'll pay you.
Maybe it's because the RepubiCUNT party has worked against the advancement of black civil rights ever since its hyper-conservative faction gained power.
No, it can't possibly be that. That would make too much sense.
@Ivurm
You forgot "atheist socialist LIEberal criminal pædophile."
You're right, we (including this white voter) noticed his color, because race-blindness is still difficult. But we saw right through the gaping holes in the souls of the candidates that the republicans put up against him. I venture to say that there is still a good chunk of the R's voter base that would always pick a white candidate, but I'm sure you wouldn't notice that, as it's "the way it's always been".
Question. Do you vote for Christians only? Is there a reason for that?
More importantly, did the Republicans indicate anything about their attitudes to impoverished black people, other than the usual 'poor people are lazy' attitude they tend to exude?
Also, "any public office"? Don't they realize that he ran against Alan Keyes to become a U.S. Senator? Last time I checked, Keyes isn't white either, so I'd say character was the main factor there at least.
The fact that a republican party platform published something like this http://fstdt.com/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=88136
(I refer in particular to the last line in that quote, which says "Voter Rights Act We urge that the Voter Rights Act of 1965 codified and updated in 1973 be repealed and not reauthorized.")
may had something to do with that.
Confused?
