You know, any work with a large, female-heavy or female-centric cast is going to end up with lots of f/f shippers. Doesn't mean that it's necessarily realistic, just that it's a thing which happens. The inverse is true with male casts, though there's somewhat less of it because straight women/girls somewhat more likely to do f/f ships than straight boys/men are likely to do m/m ships out of fear of catching the gay. Hell, the first major shipdom was women who paired Kirk and Spock.
Not much point in getting pissy over that, it's everywhere and most people don't care all that much.
