Let's say Hitler had his way and by 2010 every single person inside of Europe that was not over 90% German had been murdered, leaving Europe Racially made up of Germans from Alsace-Lorraine to the Ural Mountains, and down to Greece, and by 2030 for all intensive purposes that was Germany.

Wouldn't that be much more preferable to have than a racially and politically divided Europe? I'm not endorsing the Holocaust, but what I am saying is that if all of the resources and manpower were under one nation of White, Protestant, technologically advanced nation, wouldn't that be superior to having Hungaria and Bulgaria and Romania and Russia and Lithuania and Poland, etc.

Would there be other advantages to this? What would the effects be long term?

There would still be political divides as genetics and race have fuck all to do with political views. What's more human nature is chaotic; there will always be those that chafe under norms and those who seek someone to ostracize for gain, convenience, or egotism. But let's say you eliminate all those who step out of line - probably with even more murder - and politics remain uniform. Then you deal with cultural and ideological stagnation. The whole point of your genocide fantasy is to remove both physical and ideological challenges outright. No challenges, no adaptability, no growth. Additionally a lack of original thought and opposing viewpoints means no new concepts are formed or refined, both art and science grind to a halt. What benefits can be reaped from competition no longer exist when there is only one way of thinking and everyone tackles the same problems the same way and when a problem is not immediately surmountable to this enforced school of thought then the problem is simply deemed unsolvable.

Even if you can abide a stagnant dystopia the Nazi philosophy on eugenics wouldn't only cost brilliant minds born to flawed bodies or living with forms of autism as they would be euthanized immediately but the gene pool being thinned to nothing will very quickly compound the difficulties of maintaining the population. Inbreeding, infertility, birth defects, and spikes in the development of psychological disorders would become very quickly apparent and in keeping with that eugenics approach the undesirables would be purged further dwindling the population and genetic stock without really addressing any issues because original thought would be sin if not dead.

And this of course still does not take into account international relationships. Trading relationships with people opposed to your policies and military blocs formed in case hostilities restart. You don't seem to account for the possibility you'd just be a a whiter North Korea with limited access to resources, information, and technology developed elsewhere in the world your neighbours might not be so keen on letting you have like the internet and pharmaceuticals. You're assuming that the current balance of global power would have been unchanged somehow and this ethnostate would have current Germany's allies. That you'd still miraculously have all the advantages of a country that developed in co-operative tandem with other cultures despite *violently* rejecting them.

So everything would be shit and doom as anyone with a heart or brain could tell you.
