Why do you spend any time at all thinking about how other people are having sex? If you're not invited to join, what possible difference can it make what others are doing in their bedrooms (or kitchens, living rooms, showers or any other non-public place)?
Most companies these days "support" private activities of their employees that don't affect the company. That applies to things such as their sex lives, food choices (vegan, carnivore) or which church they do or don't attend. My employer pays me for 40 hours a week, which they can control. That leaves 128 hours a week that are none of their damn business. Ask yourself why it matters so much to you.

So many companies today want to make money, that is all. Being intolerant bigots will drive away more than just the gays, ya know; most people are tolerant of different orientations nowadays.
I'd say it's not the gays that do most of the bullying (if there is any bullying at all), but straight people who think that it's not OK to persecute people with other orientations.
Don't bothering with which orientation your customer have, that is to leave them alone, actually.

what's the difference? "Accept, endorse and promote the gay lifestyle" is just your label for "treat gays like everyone else". And yes, if you punch somebody in the nose, you have to expect to be punched back.
