The Bible says theocracy is good. See Numbers 16. The Book of Judges and the story of Samuel and Saul also hold evidence that God prefers theocracy. This destroys the argument that US is founded on Biblical principles, else religious leaders would run our nation.

I think you'll find that Greek civilization has had a greater influence on Western civilizations--including the invention of democracy, science (in the form of "natural philosophy"), geometry, and a few other things.
