Death penalty for atheists?

I know its sounds a bit harsh but if u think about it it makes sense
a killer doesnt know that killing is wrong but he still gets the death penalty
a atheists doesnt know that trashing god is wrong but he doesnt get it??
it should be the same for atheists bc they dont know wat they are doing exactly like killers are

Most killers do know that it's wrong, but they want a person dead and thinks he (or she) will get away with it.

An atheist ("atheists" is plural, dearie) doesn't find any evidence for the existence of any gods, goddesses and other deities.

What about the murderers of proper grammar and spelling? You don't seem to know what you are doing, either.
Nothing of what you have said so far makes any kind of sense at all, as if you don't really know what the word "sense" means.

Which god is it we shouldn't be trashing, btw? Odin? Zeus? Brahman? Quetzalcoatl?

How are we trashing him/her/it? By (generally) living as good a life as we can, treating others with kindness and respect? In general, it seems like atheists know more about what the Bible says than many fundie Christians do.

Society has a right to defend society from threats. This includes incarcerating killers and forcing innoculations for highly contagious diseases.
We also shoot dogs that don’t understand what rabies is.
But they have to be actual threats, not Noem’s untrainable puppy.

Exactly how is society threatened by my insulting your skybeast?
You would also have to execute everyone worshiping a different god. And worshiping your god in the wrong way. All of which are saying that your god is not the way to paradise.
If society can survive those differing opinions, it has no basis in applying the death penalty. Let yoru god knock me off a roff if he must.
