Each study is slightly different but overall they pretty much say the same thing (and there are tons of sites you can find via Google) Africa - big, East Asia - small, and everywhere else - pretty much in between.

Average height and weight varies by a lot also. I think Scandinavians are on average almost a foot taller than Japanese. Head size varies by race as does average boob size. It's actually really interesting to look into the genetic differences of the various races.
