"You fail to understand that these people have got very active imaginations."
That's not all we have. We also have active researchers who gather evidence to support their claims. No faith necessary.
"They imagine life being created when a lightning bolt hits a pool of slime, like Dr Frankenstein does with his creature."
No, we imagine organic chemicals coming together at the bottom of a primordial ocean over thousands of years...and back that up with what we know about chemistry and biology.
"This life then develops and decides to become plants, trees, flowers, grass and the rest of it decides to become insects, fish and animals."
Life didn't "decide" to evolve like this. It just did. Do clouds decide to condense and form raindrops? Do apples decide to fall from trees? Or do they do these things because of measurable, demonstrable laws of nature?
"They have too much faith to believe in God, they believe that all this can just happen on its own without the need for a God, Satan's gone way way higher with this bunch of dupes."
Tell that to Ken Miller and all the other theists who accept abiogenesis.
