Once again I'm going to repeat what's going really on. These people are not satisfied with Civil Unions. Of course not, they want to REDEFINE marriage because the intent is to break down long held moral traditions to the point that there is no more resistance in any group toward immorality.
These homosexual groups don't want any rules or traditions to stand in their way....ANYWHERE. They want to remake the system just as much as Obama does.
They want their Sodom and Gomorrah and they will eventually get it.

Once again I'm going to repeat what's going really on. These peoples are not satisfied with black schools. Of course not, they want to REDEFINE education because the intent is to break down long held moral traditions to the point that there is no more resistance in any group toward immorality.
These african-american groups don't want any rules or traditions to stand in their way...ANYWHERE. They want to remake the system just as much as MLK Jr. does.
They want to get rid of segregation and they will eventually get it.
See how messed up that really is?
Those would be the traditions of taking as many wives and concubines as you wish right?
I thought Sodom and Gomorrah was a "don't help the poor" story? Oh, silly me, fuck the poor, it was all them gays, right....certainly nothing wrong with the most righteous guy there tossing his daughters out to be raped
They don't want rules or traditions to stand in their way of having marital rules and traditions?
Personally, if I were gay, I wouldn't be satisfied with a civil union either. But Christians don't want to allow those, either.
The Census person called today and we filled in the form together - she, my partner and I. On the question regarding our status, she chose 'living in a union' over 'unmarried'. When I announced that we hoped to return to our homecountry later in the year, after legislation for us to get hitched (36 years late) is passed, she congratulated us and wished us well. A state servant too! But that's France. They don't get their knickers in a twist over matters that don't personally concern them, especially what people do in the privacy of their bedrooms.
Once again I'm going to repeat what's really going on. These people are not satisfied with biblical marriage of one man and many wives and concubines. Of course not, they want to REDEFINE marriage to one man and one woman because the intent is to break the long-held moral traditions to the point that there is no more resistance in any group toward monogamy.
These single-wife groups don't want any rules or traditions to stand in their way .... ANYWHERE. They want to remake the system just as much as Justinian did.
They want their ancient Jerusalem and Mecca and they will eventually get it.
What is it to you? How does your life change if someone in another state marries his or her significant other?
I thought you wanted people to marry, to raise families, to stick together for the rest of their lives. But just some people, it seems. First you wanted to exclude interracial couples, and now it's same-sex couples.
You need to study the reason for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. You need to read it yourself, in the Bible. Do not run and ask your pastor about it, m'kay?
> they want to REDEFINE marriage
I thought they had a perfectly normal and sane definition of "marriage". It's just that some people, like you, insist adding arbitrary, pointless additional conditions in the definition of marriage.
It's like defining "clothing" so that ties are inseparable part of the definition, and not wearing ties is blasphemy. The broad-minded people may wear whatever fits the occasion, because they have a sane definition of clothing. Get it?
break down long held moral traditions
All of 40 years old, yes that is some tradition to cling to, I agree. Can't mess with such old traditions like that.
Why 40?
Because some 40 odd years ago a white man could not marry a black woman and vice versa. Marriage was then changed to allow interracial marriage.
So, I'm, happy you are such a strong traditionalist!
"These people are not satisfied with Civil Unions."
Did you cleverly discern this when "these people" said at press conferences that civil unions were seperate but equal and therefor unacceptable?
Nothing gets past you does it?
Yeah, except you guys pitch a fit the moment Civil Union is mentioned, too.
You keep complaining about our insidious agenda, but please, do yourself and admit you just can't stand the law acknowledging us as people, as opposed to sub-human beings. It'll be far less embarassing, and heck, a lot easier than trying to drum up fallacious statistics, and libelous comments.
Gee, I wonder why we might not be satisfied with civil unions? Hmmm, could it be because it's a watered-down version of marriage that does not include all the same rights, and only having access to civil unions but NOT marriage leaves us UNEQUAL, in a country where everybody is supposed to be equal?
Nah, you're right, that couldn't be it. It's obviously because we're out to destroy morality because we're a bunch of evil demons and not real human beings.
Geez.
Do you mean the moral traditions so beautifully demonstrated by Newt Gingrich, Mark Sanford, Larry Craig, Ted Haggard, Jerry Falwell, David Vitter, etc., etc.?
You've never even met a gay person, have you?
"These people are not satisfied with Civil Unions. Of course not"
Same reason "separate, but equal" was not satisfying to the desegregation movement.
What immorality are you talking about? Are innocent people getting hurt by anyone's actions? Are they forcing you into a same-sex relationship? Are they assaulting anyone you know?
The answer is no on all counts. Same-sex marriage has no impact on you whatsoever. What bothers you is the thought that people are not living their lives according to your Bronze Age version of morality.
So what? In a free society, you have no constitutional protection against being offended. After all, you retards offend us all the time.
Confused?
