[On FSTDT]
How would they like it if we trolled atheist boards, stole their posts and posted them on a board, and then voted on how likely each person is to go to hell?

We'd probably have a good laugh at how pathetic you are and make cracks about how you can't do anything better than half-assedly mimic us like little kids - Wait, no, that's a huge insult to children everywhere. Sorry. - and then pick apart your delusions and limp-dicked fire-and-brimstone screeching.
EDIT: Wait, that's what we do anyway! Er, except the cracks about playground mimic gimmicks.
I thought they already did.
Seeing as how they've already concluded that everyone in the world but (american born-again KJV-believing) fundies are going to hell, it may not be much of a debate.
It's funny, because here there are atheist fundies too. The key is that it has to be very, very, very funny and ridiculous.
I'm not sure if it would work all that well. I mean you'd essentially have to go pick out reasonable posts based in logic and then try to ridicule them. That or you could go broader and grab posts from other theists and atheists alike that you don't agree with and ridicule all of those! There'd be quite a bit of cross over that way between here and there though on the posts submitted, but at least you could spout off about everyone but you and your ilk going to Hell on the internet (on yet another forum)!
By all means, do try, we could use the lulz. I think it was already tried, twice, and it went down each time, but hey, maybe third time will be the charm! :P
That would be HI-larious!
"Go to hell," "Go die in a fire," it's more or less the same.
It's a brilliant idea, and one that you should do right away, WG.
You could have a top-ten, "Hell's Most Wanted" modelled after the FBI page (Dawkins and Dennett would be #1 and #2, I guess) and a "Freshly Arrived In Hell" page for your latest additions. It'd be way cool, er, hot.
Go ahead. Only problem is, your board would be very boring. Your clever repartee would consist of goddidit, godsaidit, it's in the bible, homosexuals are evil, why are there still monkeys, and you're going to hell.
Did I miss anything?
@menopausal bitch
You forgot Godwin.
Perhaps, Yahweh will consent to set it up here?
Call it the "People That Are Going To Hell" (PTAGTH) site - after the Vandals song.
It's been done, and it failed miserably.
"Atheists Say the Darnedest Things" had a total of about 2 dozen quotes, several of those out of context, and had one member (the board admin) and his sockpuppet, if I recall correctly.
The fact is, atheists just aren't as funny because they don't have silly religious beliefs and myths to poke fun at.
Most of the posts on this site aren't asserting any positive points - i.e. we are just reacting to the garbage they put out.
They probably would have a better go at it if they went to IIDB or other such atheists' MB - although outside of the political forum, most of the ridiculous posts are from the resident theists.
Oh yes. Bring it on.
We dare to to do it.
I was about to say we'll all enjoy the comedy gold you'd provide in the attempt, but then I thought of something ... FSTDT will still do it far better, because it will allow rational people with functioning brain cells to comment on the results .
We're all going to hell voluntarily,
for the company.
You try to put up with Falwell, Hovind, and Hitler for all eternity, all bitching that the other two aren't true Christians.
Though since we do put up ALL religions, as well as atheists, as long as its fundie, do yourselves a favor and put up your own psychos too.
It'll be more fun for ya
OK, Here's your first post:
"Shoe. Squirrel. Nigbit."
That makes about as much sense as the mountain of crap I see on the Fundie boards. Good luck finding another.
I seem to recall somebody actually DID an "Atheists Say the Darndest Things" site once.
Didn't last long, though. More's the pity.
By fundies own dogma, the probability of going to hell is always 50%, either you believe Jeebus is lord or into the pit you go, so a rating system for atheist arguments doesn't make much sense. But go ahead and do it we welcome those it will turn away from the Lawd
I would like to see that, actually, although I would rather rate the fstdt rabble on a scale of vapidity or perhaps low-rentedness; there are definitely some fetid, p.o.s. atheists here.
It's already been done and we've proved that there morons.
Also, there are alot of christians on this site who think that your morons.
They already did it, once. I only know because a quote from me was the first one on it. Then it died. :(
My first brush with internet fame, gone. I was so disappointed... ;)
I'd like it.
No, seriously, do it.
If any of them read this, no, we don't hate Christians, we just post when people are downright ridiculous, hateful, ignorant or like to act like a noblel prize while having a flimsy argument.
I doubt anyone would have a trouble with moonglow's post: "Anyway, we can't assume that because someone is a nonbeliever it doesn't mean they don't have a heart for others.
God bless"
We would enter the post of someone who says "THEY ARE ALL FILTHY HEATENS AND ILL BE GLAD WHEN THEY BURN IN HELL LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!1!"
Wait, we already have that, a guy who claims we stand for "For Satan The Demon Teacher".
You haven't already? At least not formally anyway. But you HAVE already done it. Anyway, go right ahead, it be good for a few good laughs. It'd be kind of pathetic, but still somewhat funny. So go ahead, fire away, sheep fuckers.
Good luck pulling off dogmatic sarcasm.
"Yeah, because the scientific method is always the best way to do things."
"I will pray for you. Oh, no, wait, you can go rot in hell."
"Hahaha, like our world's going to even still be around in 10 years."
I'd really like it. One of the reasons I come here is Bile Fascination. It's not just making fun of fundies, I genuinely am interested in their thought processes.
A Liberals Say The Dumbest Things board would be interesting, plus it'd provide a lot of cyclical material here.
Clicking on the quote link, it doesn't appear. Doing a search for 'FSTDT' on their entire site, zip, zilch, nowt, nada, bupkas. Big. Fat . Zero.
Seems our calling their bluff worked. Good. Just goes to prove what a bunch of pussies fundies really are. Or they've seen how someone once tried to create an 'Atheists Say The Darndest Things'. And, inevitably, it failed. Miserably.
I'd feel absolutely fuck all, considering that I don't believe hell exists.
It would be fun, though. So, please, go right on ahead.
Pick me! Pick me! ;)
no, seriously, if heaven is full of idiots like you, i'd rather go to hell anyday. it's just a choice between two forms of pain, and a burning sensation would get dull after a while, unlike your hate

As with this example, and despite our protestations to the contrary, I guess we Atheists Don't Say The Weirdest Crap after all. And fundies like Whispering Grace are the most bollockless, yellow streak a light-year wide, cowardly, hide under their 'faith' security blankie, streaks of weasel piss examples of subhumanity that dare infect our clean, sacred, superior, secular world.
...unless any of them would like to give it a shot, that is (thus more yoummy quotes for we on FSTDT to feed on Nom. Nom. Nom. )

You'll make poor Yui cry if you don't! ;_;
"How would they like it if we trolled atheist boards"
Thus P-G. And an extremely pathetic representative of a fundie troll too. But then...:

...no normal, decent, sane person would so much as think of behaving in a way that only an Inferior Subhuman would.
Because that's what P-G is: an Inferior Subhuman. And keeps proving it, every time he infects FSTDT in the way he does.
He can prove us wrong however. He knows how.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
