The movie Noah is coming to theaters, I don't know if they will follow the bible, but one thing that God, Yehovah was angered to was the mixing of the races! I know that the PC Pauline Christians will reject this and believes in mixing which will kindle Yehovah's wrath! God made the races for his purpose and at the very least Christendom should not meddle with His creation!

So how do you know gob doesn't want the"races" to "mix"? The American slave owners were prodigious race mixers (at one point, many slaves were as white as the driven snow), and they were as "Christian" as they come.
Gob may have made "the races," but you don't know why, so stop developing theology on the basis of your guess work.

I see someone hasn't read the book of Ruth. Trust me, by that eras standards, Hebrew*Moabite would have been seen as interracial, and probably ill-favored. The author of Ruth obviously didn't agree with the latter portion.
There are perfectly good measures to stop individuals from procreating like mechanical isolation and hybrid breakdown.
