The teaching of the "Holocaust" in public schools is a violation of the 1st Amendment because it violates the religion establishment clause. The so-called "Holocaust" is the central religious tenet and belief of Judaism. For example, if a Rabbi hears someone say Moses did not split the sea, he is unconcerned. But dare to question the "Holocaust" and he will go wild.
