Re. dancing half-naked in the streets... When the schools close for the summer here in Sweden, the people who graduate rent trucks with flatbeds (usually a whole class for one flatbed) and have them drive around in convoys through the town center, dancing and singing and drinking bubbly-wine. Perhaps not half-naked, but the girls often have short white dresses. And the boys usually paint "fun" messages on sheets and attach to the outside of the flatbed, implying that everyone's daughters will soon be on their backs servicing the boys (as if!).
