Most people who're born into an unmixed ethnicity suffer no significant ill-effects. Yes, closer inbreeding would incur serious risks from recessive traits. Yes, incest should be discouraged for medical reasons. OK, that's a fairly rational and bias-free view.

However to go from that point to the deliberate celebration and encouragement of multiracial breeding is a wild and fallacious leap. Yes, multiracial couples are becoming more common, but that may be due to the disproportionate fertility or lower self-control of people at a certain end of the socio-economic scale. A symptom of the Welfare State and overcrowded urban demographics?

Most normal people feel no sexual attraction to people of differing race. We see that the races are equally human, but developing an attraction would require as hard an effort as turning from straight to gay (or vice versa). We're naturally drawn to opposite-sex mates who're of a matching background, appearance and brightness. Are we now supposed to suppress our nature, deliberately pick mixed partners, and submit to a politically correct campaign for xenophile blending?
