I like this. I've often suggested we do this in the U.S. with welfare recipients. The more welfare you're receiving, the higher your chance of being selected. The entrants go into the games, do a real-life hunger games til there's one left. The winner... gets to continue their life of existing at working peoples' expense. The losers... don't.
