Let's see -
"In my eyes your ancestors were stone age, morons who had no ability to adapt and overcome and so they were trampled down and assimilated."
I care little for your opinion, and that's what this segment is - opinion.
"You think more boats weren't coming to the Americas after them. BTW, MY ancestors were Conquistadors who eventually settled in Missouri and Norwegian Immigrants who came to America in the 1900's. So, really my ancestors walked all over yours and took all their stuff because they were too weak, stupid, and disorganized."
Or it could just maybe due to the fact that these people assumed the best about the newcomers until it was too late to challenge them. Or have you not heard of the Iroquois Confederacy - that served as an example and inspiration to the Founding Fathers of the United States? On that topic, the Iroquois Confederacy was actually more advanced than the early US. For instance, women had a coequal role with men under the Confederacy's laws, and some tribes (eg: the Seneca) were actually borderline matriarchal in nature, with all land being held by the women and descent counted through the mother's line. Further, the Iroqouis Confederacy still survives in the form of the Grand Council, which meets yearly and determines tribal law for all Iroquois.
"And why are we in your lands? Because it was full of stupid naked people who thought it was a good idea to sell hundreds of square miles of land for glass beads, blankets, whiskey, and other shinny objects. Its called imperialism, highly lucrative. That is why we are here."
No, you are in their lands because your ancestors followed-behind like the coward they were. Further, the Nat. Americans were not naked or stupid (tribal embroidery on clothing was highly prized by the settlers, and they spoke and wrote with great respect of some of the Nat. Americans and their ability to lead, reason and philosophise), and they never sold their land. It was stolen from them by successive waves of settlers.
Moron. Why is it that I, an Australian, know more about this than he, who is presumably an American?
