You might not hate people with Down's syndrome, but calling them mongoloids doesn't really show any love towards them, does it?
A person with Down's syndrome doesn't need mental help, he might need assistance with daily life, depending on the degree of retardation.
I've heard many stories about children with down's being happier than "normal" children, and spreading this happiness to others around them more freely.
