Creationism does hold itself to this standard even though Creationits know beyond a shadow of a doubt after every re-examination of any hypothesis the outcome will always eventually prove the Bible 100 % correct and any hypothesis that woould appear to disprove anything in the Bible will be found to be in error.
Creation science is not for the creationist it is for the decieved.
The reason there are soooo many well sourced creationist sites is because they want to help lead the poor decieved and mislead to the truth.

How can you possibly miss the point any more? You don't accept that this one thing can be disproven. A good scientist has to accept that ANYTHING can be disproven.
Comparing real science with 'creation science':
Real Science
1. Observation.
Creation Science
1. Observe new data, or generate own data in line with your expectations where getting actual data would involve too much work or thought.
2. Hypothesize explanation for data.
3. Make a prediction using hypothesis.
4. Confirm hypothesis by pointing out it agrees with bible.
5. Repeat claim that hypothesis is proven ad nauseum.

Decent people will believe what the bible says just because the bible says it. But there are some evil people who rebel against god and his KJV bible. These people insist on using the scientific method on facts to find the truth. To convince these people that the bible is true, the fundies invented scientific creationism, a science show put on for those who use science as their way to determine truth, hoping they could be convinced by the use of their own evolutionary religion.
Fundies don't accept scientific creationism as valid any more than you do, they consider it to be sciency sounding propaganda to convince sciency type people that their myth is true.
@David B. - I think you're giving them too much credit. It's more like this:

1. Read argument for evolution.
2. Make up something that sounds vaguely sciency to rebut it.
3. Make up data to go along with Step 2.

By this, I'm sure they mean these sites are for converting us Atheists or believers of evolution to their side. Still bullshit, those sites are entirely designed to reinforce the flocks conviction by pretending they have research and evidence to back them up. At best they may think they can pull Catholics or others into the 6000 year old Earth dogma. They're always aimed at Christians as I haven't seen one that doesn't use Biblical verses as proofs more than a few times.
