I've read the Gospels. I was once a devout Christian. I'm still an Interfaith-thinking person even as a NeoPagan. Jesus was so unlike the Kim Davis bunch! He had more in common with the original 1969 Woodstock than 1692-93 Salem, MS.

I know. It's ironic how an institution responsible for over 1700 years of brutal, imperialistic insanity was supposedly spawned from the one version of Abrahamic Faith that isn't an ultra-conservative, warmongering mess. Yeshua Bar Yosef has had Misaimed Fandom-Cranked Up To Eleven! It's like if a bunch of White Supremacists got together and started an organization that honored Martin Luther King Jr.
This is why Hebrew & Nazarene Testaments should stay 100% separate. Besides, Christianity was SUPPOSED to be Judaism 2.0, not a completely separate religion. The Nazarene simply reformed it into a far kinder, gentler, more Liberal, humane form than anyone could follow. I see it as the Baha'i of Judaism. The Pagan additions added later only add to that.
Granted, the N.T. isn't perfect and I'm aware of that. I mean, "No divorce? Really, Jesus?".
