On the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling unanimously to keep the travel ban suspended.
When Trump ultimately wins the case he will have the political capital to impeach all these judges.

Wait, is he taking the court...to court?
Is this the whole "17 dimensional chess" the kids are talking about?
So, F**K the Constitution, then? THEY are the ones upholding the Constitution, HE's the one shitting all over it.

Someone failed constitutional law. Again. I don't think that the King in Orange has the authority to unilaterally fire an entire panel of Supreme Court justices. He'd need to push a resolution to do it through Congress and then have them subjected to a hearing in the Senate. "They made a decision I don't like" isn't a legal reason to impeach them either.
Your optimism is charming though. Now get off the internets, your tendies are ready.
This is exactly the kind of stupidity I expect from Stormtrumpers.
Is it too much to ask that a few other nations get together & figure out a way to peacefully "invade" the US, not so much to save us from ourselves, but to save themselves from us? The US is clearly incapable of doing anything that isn't a complete disaster, so someone else will have to step up to safeguard the rest of the world.
And then a five year old will sit Donny Dayglo down and explain how the Constitution works.
89D Transtemporal Hungry Hungry Hippos, whatever the fuck this Trumptard is on about.
The trump style of reasoning is "I'm right because I won."
So, Trump could win a game of 4-d chess, by his terms, by killing his opponent.
Likewise, whatever he does is constitutional, because he has the power. Where have we seen this kind of reasoning before? Christian fundamentalists. I wonder if any of them voted for Trump?
I read the whole 29-page ruling; it was pretty easy to understand. Unless there's a significant rewrite to the travel ban, it won't survive Supreme Court scrutiny. It fails in so many basic ways (such as rational basis test) that I wouldn't be surprised if SCOTUS refused to hear the case. You can't have a law banning oranges if one of every 3 million plums is poison, even though they both are fruits and grow on trees.
Give it up, Wingnuts; Your little Pyrrhic victory last November has been a big sound of fury signifying nothing. Even Trump hates being President.
It's hard to establish "Nazi Germany 2.0" when most of the country, the way it's government is structured and the entire planet is against you.
You lost the Culture War and you're going to lose the Political war.
Nice try. If you wingnuts want "The Christofrum Kingdom of Jesusstan", just move to Russia. That country and it's people are more your speed. Leave the Land of Liberty alone!
Three times he tried that with Scotland's legal system, re. a wind farm being built near his golf course in that part of Britain.
You'd have thought Donald Fart would've learned from that after he FAILED.
Third time's the pisser, eh Wiggy...?! >:D
In Soviet America, SJW judge triggers you.
'SJW' has an entirely new meaning now: Social Judge Warrior.
The 'Judges' in "2000 AD"'s future scenario "Judge Dredd" are warriors, and not just against crime. Yet, Dredd himself ensured that Mutants could live in Mega-City One: despite opposition by others, even in the Grand Hall of Justice.
And that, despite Mega-City One's mile high wall around it: via the Donald Fart-esque hyper-dictator Chief Judge Cal.
A British comic with great foresight, eh? Methinks it'll incorporate your tinpot dictator into that scenario; "2000 AD" has been known to incorporate topical - especially political - current events in a satirical way.
Confused?
