Actually, your math is so simple it is incorrect. Your math fails to factor in such things as wars, plagues, natural disasters, the low rate of population growth prior to the development of agrarian societies (hunter/gatherer populations don't grow as fast as farming populations) and quality of life improvements that have extended life expectancy. Correct math shows how wrong you are.
Except that evolution has been observed by many people.
Tiktaalik, archaeopteryx, Homo heidelbergensis, Homo ergaster, Homo erectus, all the other members of the genus Homo, all the various types of horse from those the size of a small dog to the current Equs, elephants, whales... I could go on for days without even delving into all the transitional plants but I think most sane people will get the idea. We have discovered thousands of "missing links" but each one we find just creates two more gaps in the minds of fundies.

If those versed in the sciences have given up speaking with you it is not that they tired of looking for "the elusive missing link," it is because they have tired of talking to a person only slightly brighter than a glass of water. The fact that you are talking about "the missing link," a term most actual scientist eschew, speaks volumes about your level of understanding.
I'm going to start a group called 'Rocking Chairs for Science'. Maybe then we'll find the missing link. Oh wait, that's right, that's stupid.

Because nobody ever dies before reproducing, ever. And disasters like famines or plagues never happen either. So there.
If any scientist found evidence for the ToE being wrong, s/he would be instantly famous and would have at least one guaranteed Nobel Prize. But why would any scientist want that, when it's more fun to just claim old things without any research? For every missing link found, there are two new missing links to be found.
The Earth is about 4 500 000 000 years old, but it has only had life during 3 500 000 000 of those, and most of the time it was amoebas and bacteria. Evolution has been witnessed in laboratories and in real life; for species with short generation spans, evolution can be seen in a matter of weeks.
Why not visit Tokyo during rush hour, see if you can find room to stand on there...

I perceive that you failed all your Science and Mathematics courses. This obviously disqualifies you from having rational opinions on Science and Mathematics.
Try reading a few books (other than the Bible) some time. You might just discover that ignorance is NOT bliss.
