Game of Thrones is only controversial in Christian circles because men don't want to repent of their sin.

So, of it's a woman, a man who repented his sin(which one?)or a minor, it's not controversial any more?
To a Chri-stain fundie, everything is sinful.
Except Jegus, and the fundie serself.
@Goomy pls
Well, the frummie version, anyway. The real Jesus seemed to be a pretty cool guy, unlike these boobs who claim to follow the guy.

Well, you got that much right.
Funny thing is, A Song of Ice and Fire (you know, the original material, as in, books by which the show is made) is obviously not the only piece of fantasy that deals with the kind of stuff it deals with.
What the fuck does Game of Thrones have to do with repenting sin?
Is it like a time-out for children?
"Finish repenting and you can get back to your show, Teddy!"
Tim, do you know how much sex/nudity is actually in GoT? Let's just be generous an say there's a full hour. That's 1 hour of nudity out of over 40 hours of show at this point. That's 2.5% of the show. The real number is even less than that.
The only reason you rail against GoT is because it's popular. What about a show like Banshee, which has graphic sex in literally almost every episode, unlike GoT? Oh, right, because Banshee doesn't have anywhere near the fanbase of GoT. You don't care about how much sex is actually in a given show, only that it's a popular show that has sex, and that to you is unacceptable. Grow up, you twat.
Also, it doesn't seem to occur to you that not every man (straight or otherwise) gets turned on by sex scenes (or even porn, for that matter). Why should I listen to someone as naive as you?
What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re fucking dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re fucking dead, kiddo.
@Ebon
Unfortunately, he's not.
@Anton:
Except not all sins as laid out by theists should be considered immoral; heck, you only have to read through this website to see Christian objections to women wearing trousers, playing certain card games, or having a cremation. Why should those that have undertaken these repent? Religion seems to be rather good at making people ashamed of something innate, and any writings on this wouldn't be something to admire.
Also, you're being horribly naive if you think that atheists cannot judge when they've done wrong and need to ask for forgiveness. Morality isn't monopolised by the religious, but I suspect these are wasted words, waster.
I think Anton is just His4Life 2.0. Half assed assertions given with no proof, mind bending arrogance & a ridiculous insistence that he's right AND that he'll convince anyone to buy into his garbage.
I think Anton needs a new hobby, like watching Game of Thrones.
@Anton
"Christianity is essentially right in encouraging people to repent their sins even if the idea is entangled with utterly implausible metaphysics."
Says the agnostic. Right-wingers aren't hypocrites. Are they, Anton?
@Goomy pls
"@Antbrain, tho, deals a lot in contrarianism and sticks homosexuality into completely unrelated discussions."
Time he was included in Tv Tropes: Single Issue Wonk , I'd say.
Confused?
