It seems that at some point, the U.S. is going to be assemble into a de facto mosaic of states - predominately white and capitalistic, versus predominately black and hispanic - socialistic and morally bankrupt. Kind of a suburbs vs inner city on a state-to-state scale.

Since blacks migrate from more liberal states with failed economics to more conservative states with better managed economic stewardships, an ID/residency requirement will need to be implemented in the white states n order for those states to remain captalistic and flush.

Such requirements will not be needed or implemented for the black states for obvious reasons.
