My mind is devoid of unique thoughts now, it's like I've hit a dead end and have no drive to do anything. I just sit and stare into space because there's nothing interesting or entertaining anymore. I've coped myself to death with escapism and consuming video games and anime but none of it's working anymore.

If you can't create meaningful relationships with the opposite sex then there's really no point to life since everything else is consumption. Everything else is useless and offers no fulfillment - it's impossible for truecels to derive pleasure from anything in life.
For truecels, life is an eternal punishment.
