White + Mongol = Half-blood Freak who will never be able to fully assimilate with White society or Mongolian society. Mixing is never justified.
"Passing" is the cut-off. Generally skin color tracks pretty well with other genetics. I'd say that's about 1/16th, though. The fine distinction doesn't really matter at this point in time.
