Not quite a duplicate, I do recall someone bitching about how their therapist wouldn't sleep with him. It's, like, way, way against the rules, but he took it personally and presented her as trying to weasel out.

For all their dismissals of their detractors' arguments as nothing but platitudes, for all their claims that all women are exactly the same, incels surely put the echo in echo chamber.
There are such things as sexual surrogates, and in some places a psychiatrist can legally... I don't think "prescribe" is the right word here, but not sure what it's formally called... a session with one. I seriously doubt any would do so for an incel, however, because it's for things like getting over fears or panic attacks involving sexual activity, not for being so socially inept that you can't have a relationship or one-night stand.
And if a psychiatrist was that stupid, or an incel somehow managed to trick one for long enough (unlikely, as again, socially inept) this would accomplish what, exactly? A few minutes of pleasure, and they're still back to being an entitled, socially inept asshat who literally couldn't get laid if their life depended on it. I've tried having sex with guys like that when I was younger to see if it would somehow fix them. It didn't.
