In France, we just have Greeks, Polish, Portuguese, Italians, Yougoslavian and Spanish people as Europeans. But we also have immigrants from the Maghred ( North of Africa : Algerie, Morocco, Tunisia ) and central Africa ( Ivory Coast, Cameroun, Tchad, Niger, Senegal, aso )

Europe is the most ethnically and culturally diverse densely populated continent on Earth. They split Yugoslavia into 6 smaller countries on ethnic divisions and it still didn't work.

But then, only 10% of Americans possess passports. If you'd ever travelled to London here in the UK, you wouldn't believe the racial mix that exists here (to say nothing of Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and even Glasgow & Edinburgh).

I guess Sweden is one of those countries with liberal attitudes towards clothing and sex. I don't know if we have particularly low rates of rapes, though. I don't think we have particularly high rates, either. We do have a LOT of different ethnic groups, in any case. Where I worked before, there were about 17 different nationalities in my department alone, from all over the world (Egypt, New Zeeland, South Africa, Brasil, Pakistan, etc).
Most rapes still happen indoors, and most rapists and victims know each other. The black rapist who huddle behind a tree in the park is the odd one (the OddBall, hehe), not the normality, stupid.
