Hi, my name is Charlotte & this is a throwaway account lol. I was designated male at birth but once I became a teen I figured out that I was born in the wrong body, blah blah blah all that stuff.. I am not on hormones yet but I want to eventually!

I feel exactly like you gals on the issues with men and dating though, i’m not attractive and still have masculine features to boot, so guys wouldn’t touch me with a ten foot pole. The transness just adds to the disgust they feel towards me.

My question, like the title says, can a trans woman be considered a femcel in your opinion? If not, I won’t post here or anything, i’m just curious. Have a lovely day! :)

I would say no. We can still offer support..but typically Femcels have things that are wrong while still being female which is the worst part. Like, you have masculine features due to your biology. There is both is nothing wrong with you, everything more or less went the way it should go for you (in terms of biology only obviously). For myself as an example, I have a pretty masculine and wide nose. But I was born female, like I really shouldn't have a masculine trait you know?

But at the end of the day unattractive or rejection still feels the same. So your issues will be hard for us to relate to because again, you are working against your own biology while foe us our biology works against us, if that makes sense, but there will definitely be some similarities.
