Why would an African kid care about the U.S. Constitution?
I would guess Albino (notice the white hair), who are rather common in Subsaharan Africa and often suffer from discrimination and superstition going as far as being killed by witch-doctors for magical ingredients.
Excursion: Albinism does not necessarily manifest in the full colourless skin and hair with red extremely pale blue eyes with blood vessels shining through phenotype, especially for blacks it can just be rust-coloured skin and hair with hazel eyes.
PS: But I thought Obama had already replaced the Constitution with the Sharia (Gay Communist Edition)!

Wouldn't banning a large group of people from the country forever actually be worse for the gene pool? I'm not geneticist, but preventing the introduction of new DNA sounds like it would cause the existing gene pool in America to eventually stagnate.
