In fact, I would say the great majority of homosexuals look and act more or less straight in public. Honest.
And in fact, I would say that a great majority of blacks look and act (and in fact, are) as intelligent as a normal person.

Do you define "black" as referring only to skin color? Did you take in to consideration ethnicity, ethnic origin, ancestry, or genetic characteristics? If not, why not?
As for homosexuals, do you limit it to those with male genitalia exclusively? Are you also referring to those who have not "come out of the closet," as it were?
Why do you limit your media list to just TV and film? What about radio, print and the internet? Aren't blacks or homosexuals also involved in these media?
I'm sure you took all these in formulating your contentions. Otherwise, I'd conclude that you do not have the mental capacity of a newt.

It's true you know, and the growing number of CCTV cameras makes life Hell for shrieking queens all over the world. Can you imagine having to constantly keep an eye out for cameras just so you can act normal in front of them, and keep the masses blind to the true face of the International Gay Elite?
The same applies to blacks. I once witnessed a gang of black thugs raping, murdering, and handing out Islamic evangelist literature to a lone white woman. When they realised they were on camera they had to stop and act like they were discussing Proust with her.

One of my favorite things is when some red-neck Christian claims to be able to tell if someone is gay 100% of the time. Normally they do this in front of at least one gay or bisexual person that they have mis-identified (me in these cases, obviously). And though I don't advertise it, I don't attempt to hide the fact that I'm bi.
And here I thought that my good friend, who I didn't know was gay for a few years despite hanging out with him once or twice a week (He didn't hide it. I just never asked - it wasn't important to me because he's awesome either way :D), was "acting straight" because that's just how he was (not flamboyant, no lisp...none of the stereotypical homosexual stuff other than that liking guys thing). Imagine my surprise on finding out, today, that we had cameras on us so he was just acting that way! And this in his own house! Shocking!

My black friends are all intelligent, far more so than you. And I think that concerning homosexuals, the reverse is true, in that the media more often portrays them as being fashion-obsessed, twittering lightweights when in reality, many of them are not.

Back in the day, you could exercise your God-given right to lynch gay people without fear of making a wrong decision. All you had to do was listen for a lisp in their voice, or watch their wrist to see if it ever hung limp. But now? They're making it too freakin' hard for me to single them out!
Would someone mind telling me WHERE I can find these representations of upper-class intelligent blacks on tv? I mean, being black myself, I'd really LOVE to have that kind of role model, rather than the unceasing pile of 'gangsta mofos' I see on tv and films.

@Marsten: Agreed. I'm white and I still think that there should be more positive African-American role models and representations out there. Even my dad says that he's weary of black actors playing gangsters, even Denzel Washington. I think the problem may be that some people will claim that it's not "realistic" or that it "sugarcoats" the reality of race relations in America. But I think most people would rather have their kids idolize Taye Diggs than 50 Cent.
By the way, have you ever watched "Family Matters?" It ended quite a few years ago, but it was a good show. My parents used to refer to it as "Urkel" after Jaleel White's character. Most of the time, I forgot that they were an African-American family; to me, they were just another family living in Chicago who happened to be black.
