What makes one race superior to another is not just genetics. It's will. The Asian races are often gifted in intelligence, physical apperence, and various other qualities. Their most prominate weakness through history has been will. They have only had the will to attempt to be superior to other Asian races. They dominate Koreans, mongols, islanders, Thai. Etc.
They lacked the willl to explore to other continents and subjugate the peoples and lands of other regions. The Chinese in particular have always tried to interbreed with a people and turn them Chinese after conquest. The result of this type of conquest has been to turn the Chinese into a very paranoid state that is always trying to control its people rather than giving them the freedom to compete. The Japanese did want to conquer in the manner of the Europeans but again limited their vision to only Asia. History remain so unclear how their endevour would have ended up because they're screwed up by attacking a western power before they could achieve their goal.
