Funny; I recall most women being repulsed by criminals and that men who see women as humans are the ones getting all the chicks. Women who like "bad boys" tend to be either dysfunctional themselves or are only chasing after a cool, "Rebelling against DA MAN", sympathetic, dark & sexy "Han Solo" archetype. Women who want "Bad boys" mostly REALLY want a "Good Bad Boy" who won't treat them like garbage. Their attracted to the "rebellion and freedom", not the physical abuse.
As much as I drool over fictional bad boys....

I can do that because....
A.) They're as real as The Tooth Fairy.
B.) They never really show Dario at his worst. It's merely implied. He mostly is just "that henchman who fights the hero and looks spooky".
C.) In fiction, you can control how the character really is deep-down. You can write fanfic about Dario's love for churros or pair him with his boss, Sanchez for some sexy Yaoi action or crack-pair Dari-boy with the sultry psycho sex-bomb, Xenia Onatopp. Also; You can have Bala-Tik partying on Nar Shadda, sexing-up with Twil'leks & Zeltrons (in my headcanon, he's a sex-maniac) or give him a code of honor or some boundaries.
But even my lust for Dario is a bit off-putting to me, so I made up a fictional "Good Twin" named Dionisio. All of the hotness and none of the horror....

I made artwork of all these guys. It's my alternate-James Bond headcanon. Desi is basically the "Mexican Alestair Crowley" whereas Dari's the black sheep who's into "Reactive Satanism" (the kind that Christians fear and Richard Ramirez practiced. Not the 'nice' Luciferian kind of LaVey, Ford or the Satanic Temple folks).
