I'd say watching anime is more like a multiplier for the "creepy ass factor".
If you're a normal guy, watching a bit of anime doesn't really matter. But if you have a creepy ass vibe, like most incels, watching anime does make you sound worse.
Of course, there's also the choice of anime, and the fact you pull an all-night Marathon often...
Have a buddy who marathons anime for a few hours from time to time, and though hes far from the most attractive guy imo (overweight and looks like Jack Black got into a bar fight), hes been through 3 girlfriends in this past year alone. Just girlfriends, not counting the one girl he ended up cheating on girl #1 with. Your argument is invalid. Wanna know how he does it? When his libido isn't causing him to make dumb choices, hes a pretty standup guy. Maybe try not being an entitled piece of shit sometime.

If you spend your time being a whiny little bitch IRL as you do online, chances are you've probably alienated everyone close to you except for your family and chances are they're only tolerating you.

Man, I play tabletop RPGs that no one knows about and consider D&D to be mainstream. Not that I don't like it, but compared to the stuff I play, it's pretty damn popular.
Now...I do this because I love it. And people seem to get that about me, and they say "ok, dude." Some people think it's weird, but they continue to be friendly with me because I put effort into the friendships.
