Bargaining: attempts to avoid confronting his inceldom by compensating or finding an unrealistic way to solve his problem, such as through Social justice, PUA, the red pill or even MGTOW, or even tries to go into a beta cuck relationship to settle. Depression: he finally realises the truth but does not feel good about it

Acceptance: he finally accepts the truth emotionally as well. He is now back to loving his life and embraces his new worldview without depression or angst. He is also not suicidal.
