I always found other primates rather ugly. The best explanation is that they're so human-like that they'd be incredibly ugly "humans". Maybe humans look like very ugly apes to other apes? It's at least funny to contemplate, Planet of the Apes's Vera character also thought so. :D
But no, I don't find that black people look like non-human primates more than anyone else. In fact I find many black women to be incredibly attractive.
