Asses, asses, asses...damned near every fucking anti-gay argument in existence either overtly (or more quietly, buried amongst other texts) go on - sometimes at length and in detail - about buttsex.
No they're not. The red stripes are from the American colonists rebelling against Britain wanting a distinct flag and thus sewing white stripes on the Red Ensign flown by British merchant and civilian ships (the first US flag adopted by the Continental Congress in 1775 was literally just a Red Ensign with white stripes added, complete with Union Jack where today's US flag has the blue field with white stars).

IMO that flag looks cute, but only an American would have the right to display it. However, this flag I would cheerfully salute.

It sounds like a good name for a black cat, although all those stories about them being witchy are only superstition, of course. A few that crossed my path were stroked 3 times, or even more.
The favourite moggy I had was a big fluffball, who I named Shah, because it means a Persian king. Everyone said he had a face like a lion's mane, and beautiful turquoise eyes. I still miss him and his endless purring.
