Wow, shades of the brutality of Ancient Rome. As you are never going to contribute anything to society, why don't we kill you instead? And I can just imagine that scenario if you should get your way, Incels fighting and killing each other in the street all shouting "Me first!".
Honestly I hate the death penalty so damn much I'm willing to agree here if this punishment replaces the death penalty. Rape is an awful and unjust form of punishment and fuck those people who'd say prison rape is a deserving punishment for those committing a crime, but at least you'll have families helping you after it's done. What do you have when you die? ABSOLUTE NOTHINGNESS. You have ruined the life of the entire family involved with the criminal and disgusted for their entire life those who are families of the victim in the name of personal revenge. You left nothing behind. Indeed, getting raped by people who lack even basic knowledge concerning sexuality is an inhumane crime, both for the incel as well as the woman getting raped, but it's more humane than death row. Although at this point I think that's like saying that death by injection is more humane than death by poison (either is after all so far on the scale that it's a disproportionate retribution).
Anyways, Do they really think it's funny to forcibly rape someone? Just how intellectually immature can you get?
Since the death penalty is a severe violation of human rights itself, so no, neither of them should be allowed to do either of them.

I think the "logic" is, they're probably evil and going to die soon anyway, who cares about their quality of life? Ignoring, of course, that death row inmates are occasionally pardoned or exonerated, that incels don't care about women's quality of life regardless, and torturing anyone, including suspected terrorists and convicted prisoners, is itself considered a crime in most of the world.
I checked, and apparently there are currently 53 women on death row in the US? And oddly, most are in California, which banned the death penalty in 2006? I'm guessing there are so many because it's highly unlikely that they'll be executed in CA anymore, but due to some legal quirk this doesn't remove the inmates who are already there.
