Brood parasites like cowbirds and cuckoos might be a better analogy.LGB folks spent decades building their movement(the nest). MtTs come along and want to piggyback off the movement(adding their eggs to the nest).
The hatchlings grow more quickly and consume more resources to the detriment of the original chicks in the nest(trans issues get 99% of the attention). Finally, brood parasites have been known to violently retaliate if their eggs are detected and ejected from the nest(TERF-bashing, "corrective rape" of lesbians, etc).
