“Well, here’s a different idea, how about you stop demanding that science takes a correction course for you and your dolt kind? Implemented studies tend to have real world effect, even calculatory ones, you can again, measure the effects. Scientists and doctors tend to be “biased” towards reality and sadly your methods and ideals do not work either on paper or off it.”
Calling me a “dolt” and gesturing vaguely towards “the science” is not an argument.
“Yeah that’s why we don’t really entertain your idiotic ramblings with a more sober-toned response. You know shit all about how the scientific process and the review process as such even work.”
Calling my arguments “idiotic ramblings” and making assumptions about my knowledge of the scientific process is not an argument. If you are not intellectual enough to understand my arguments, just say so. It’s ok. Unlike you, I’m not a terribly judgemental person, so I won’t judge. You didn’t choose to be stupid, you were maybe just born that way! Once again, not judging.
“You had to reach all the way up your ass to grab that notion? Bernie’s a great representative but he doesn’t decide on what science says or does not, he simply follows the conclusions where they lead.”
More insults. What does how good of a representative Bernie is have to do with this discussion? And I never said that Bernie decides the academic consensus, but the fact that Bernie’s policies reflect the academic consensus goes to further prove my point about a general left-leaning bias in academia, and the fact that you acknowledge it is great.
“And here we go regurgitating old nazi shouting points… Please fuckin don’t.”
Just because nazis had an opinion and I have the same opinion, doesn’t mean that that opinion is a “nazi” opinion. Nazis supported public education, as well. Do you support public education? If so, does that make you a nazi? Of course not. Also, Marxists DID try to infiltrate academia in the 1960s, what’s your counter-evidence to this? I’m curious to see.
“No, what it literally is, you’ve scientists and doctors performing all the studies, tests and getting results, trying to apply these results and confirm them and then they have mostly two groups of people, one who a priori hates them, just like you and the rest of the fucking plague rats and will slander them at every opportunity and behest of the people of the pulpit, then you’ve the other group of folks, who happen to be more logically and empathically inclined and those tend to follow or at least attempt to follow the guidelines gained from the aforementioned studies and conclusions. Obviously very few of the scientists and docs will be representing the viewpoint by which they are a public enemy number 1.
There, explained it for you, since you approached it, shall we say, from the ass.”
What is your argument here? Other than calling me a plague rat. “Scientists do studies, and also you and everyone like you is bad because you are trying to stop progress.” Is that it? If there is anything else, I genuinely do not understand.
