In the secular world view there is no point of referance... You judge how good or bad something is by how it effects yourself and others. You see adultry as ok because it doesn't hurt you and it doesn't hurt the other person, right?

Morals are a sense of what is right and wrong. They dictate what is good, and what is wrong or evil. How can one form morals without a religious base? Secular is by definition the lack of connection to religion. How can you judge what is good and right when you have to point of referance?
