Kenneth Copeland #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Televangelist Kenneth Copeland appeared on “The 700 Club” today to triumphantly announce to host Pat Robertson that God’s healing power is sweeping over the world, especially at his Texas church, which he failed to mention was the center of a measles outbreak in 2013. Copeland told Robertson that a man “died in the foyer of the church and God raised him from the dead; he had a heart attack and just died and the Lord raised him up.”

This spirit, Copeland said, “is what has Islam so stirred up.” This led him to compare himself and Robertson to Osama bin Laden, but in a good way.

“The first tape that Osama bin Laden put out years ago, he said Islam is failing and we have to call every Muslim man to service, rise up for jihad, it’s failing. Well that’s one thing that’s true that he said, it’s failing,” Copeland said. “Now, Pat, they called you and they called me extremists, didn’t they? They still do. The reason they call us extremists is because we take the words of Jesus literally and with all of our effort, all of our faith, all of our finances, whatever it takes, we do our utmost to obey those words and bring them to pass. Now, that’s what is happening in Islam.”

Copeland told Robertson that their fervor for Christianity is just like the fervor Islamist extremists claim to have for their faith: “An extreme Islamist is just one that takes the words of Mohammad and with all of his strength, all of his finances and everything he has, he does his best to bring those things to pass, and that’s what we’re seeing on the evening news. But let me tell you who wins here, we win.”

Allen West #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Discussing a conflict between the Freedom from Religion Foundation and the University of Tennessee about sectarian prayers before football games, West said that in the days of state-sponsored school prayer, there was no problem with football injuries.

“Now see, I remember growing up in the inner city of Atlanta, Georgia,” he said. “I went to Grady High School and I played football and we didn’t have all this high-speed gear and everything like that, there was no such thing about ‘targeting.’ I mean, you were not a tough football player unless you did try to hit someone head-on. And even in high school, before every game at Grady Stadium, the pastor would come down and pray before every football game. I don’t remember catastrophic injuries. I don’t remember anyone getting carted off that field paralyzed.”

Dennis Prager and Glenn Beck #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Dennis Prager: The whole point of the first chapter in Genesis is that God created nature, nature is subservient to God, nature is created for the human being. Today it is the opposite. Where I live in southern California, the reason we have no water is not because of drought, it is because of the worship of nature. And the, for example, the incredible amount of water that is taken from humans in order to save some six inch fish. This is the worship of nature.

Glenn Beck: Dennis, I'll tell you that I think that we have, and not knowingly, not knowingly, I think that we have gone back and we are worshipping Moloch and Baal. We just don't know it, but we're doing the same thing. That was the god of money, of power, and the environment.

Scott Lively #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Anti-LGBT pundit Scott Lively argues in a column today that the only way to stop the legalization of gay marriage is to form an “angry mob” that will take to “the streets, pitchforks and torches held aloft, ready to tear down Frankenstein’s castle with their bare hands if need be.”

“The only way to deter the elites is with the threat of the mob,” Lively writes in a piece posted in the right-wing outlets BarbWire and WorldNetDaily. “They need to see the pitchforks and torches to know they’ve gone too far and need to back down. That’s where we are today in America. The elites want to eliminate the natural family to create a better class of serfs: state-bred children for the factories and the battlefield — easier to control, dulled by drugs and sexual promiscuity — and bread and circuses.”

Calling for liberals and conservatives to unite behind opposition to gay rights, he warns that marriage equality is akin to GMO foods or medication that is “destroying bodies” with “poisonous ‘remedies.’”

Daniel Lapin #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Tuesday’s edition of the Family Research Council’s “Washington Watch” program, Religious Right activist and rabbi Daniel Lapin repeated his bizarre claim that liberals are sexually attracted to radical Islam. Lapin told FRC President Tony Perkins that there is a “sexual dimension” to liberals’ supposed love for Islamic extremism, claiming “effeminate” liberals are sexually attracted to the “masculinity” of Islamic fundamentalism and are experiencing “Stockholm Syndrome.”

“There are countless studies showing that feminine-type behavior produces an excess of estrogen in men and vice versa,” Lapin said. “Essentially, the left has fallen in love with the masculinity of Islam.”

He continued: “Today, after a 30- or 40-year epidemic of leftism that has swept its sordid stain across America, we’ve become much more feminized and we are attracted to the masculine strength and brutality of Islam. This is the girl in the high school being attracted to the bad, tough guy and that’s really what’s happening. There is no other way that I know of to explain this utterly irrational — and as soon as I said to myself that it’s irrational, I said, where else do you see irrational behavior? When people are sexually attracted you see irrational behavior. On a spiritual level, the feminized American left, show business, politicians, particularly academia, all the people who love Islam, when Christianity and Judaism are exactly the reverse.”

Or maybe the claim that liberals support Islamic extremism is a myth created by the far-right.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his radio program yesterday, Bryan Fischer made the case that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be put to death following his conviction for his role in the Boston Marathon bombing in the most Fischer-esque way possible: explaining that Noah's Flood was the result of society not using the death penalty.

As Fischer explained it, "God had prohibited the death penalty prior to the Flood" and it resulted in so much chaos and bloodshed that God was left with no choice but to kill almost all of mankind.

"When people say we ought to just get rid of the death penalty, we just ought to get rid of capital punishment and society would be so much better off," he said, "well, we tried that; we tried that from the creation to Adam until the Flood ... And what happened? It was chaos. It was vigilante justice. And people began killing other people simply because they got insulted or because they got injured or because they got wounded. So there was no sense of proportionality, justice was a matter of each man talking the law into his own hands. It was total chaos and the result was the entire world had become so corrupt that God had to wipe the whole thing out and start over"

David Barton #fundie rightwingwatch.org

In an interview at a Cleveland Right to Life Event last year, self-proclaimed historian David Barton declared that “no nation” has ever survived more than 80 years past a collapse of “premarital purity and postmarital fidelity.”

“In regards to the moral standing of other democracies, including ancient Rome, how is the United States measuring up today?” an interviewer asked Barton in an edited clip posted on YouTube by the anti-choice group.

“Well, we got real trouble,” Barton responded.

“—Pre-marital purity and post-marital fidelity—no nation, any nation in 5,000 years has ever survived two generations past that, so it’s gone within 80 years,” he said. “So Rome’s the same way.”

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Today on “The 700 Club,” Pat Robertson went on one of his patented rants about anal sex, arguing that he will never change his mind about gay marriage until someone proves that anal sex can lead to pregnancy. Robertson told a viewer who wondered how gay people can identify as Christians that “the gays wants to control everything.”

This is part of the left-wing agenda,” he said, “to do away with Christian values and to substitute for Christian values the progressive concepts of morality.”

You tell me if anybody, if you show me one couple that conceived a child through anal — through anal intercourse — just show me one in all the world, and I will say, ‘I agree with you and you are right.’ Show me one. There are 8 billion people, 7 billion, show me one time when a child was conceived by that kind of sexual activity,” Robertson said. “It is unnatural, I’m sorry.”

Cliff Kincaid #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mormons and gays join forces to attack morality:

Kincaid told Wiles that gay rights advocates “want our kids.” He claimed that advocates are trying to make it legal for men to begin “marrying a kid, marrying his son” or to have marriages “involving five, ten, maybe 150 people running around naked having sex.”

The two also wondered if the Mormon community will begin funding pro-gay marriage efforts, with Wiles explaining that “the Mormons are saying, ‘Hotdog, these guys figured out how to do it. Joseph Smith couldn’t legalize polygamy but the homosexual rights movement has gone even farther than the Mormons ever dreamed of doing, so they’re making an alliance with them. You’re going to see Mormon money flowing into the gay rights movement in return for political support for the Mormons to change marriage laws.”

Phil Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On Friday, “Trunews” host Rick Wiles aired a speech that Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty delivered at the Vero Beach Prayer Breakfast earlier that day, in which Robertson offered gruesome details about how an atheist father would react to watching intruders behead his wife and rape and kill his two daughters while they also cut off his penis .... which would supposedly somehow prove a point about following God’s laws.

“I’ll make a bet with you,” Robertson said. “Two guys break into an atheist’s home. He has a little atheist wife and two little atheist daughters. Two guys break into his home and tie him up in a chair and gag him. And then they take his two daughters in front of him and rape both of them and then shoot them and they take his wife and then decapitate her head off in front of him. And then they can look at him and say, ‘Isn’t it great that I don’t have to worry about being judged? Isn’t it great that there’s nothing wrong with this? There’s no right or wrong, now is it dude?’”

Robertson kept going: “Then you take a sharp knife and take his manhood and hold it in front of him and say, ‘Wouldn’t it be something if this [sic] was something wrong with this? But you’re the one who says there is no God, there’s no right, there’s no wrong, so we’re just having fun. We’re sick in the head, have a nice day.’”

“If it happened to them,” Robertson continued, “they probably would say, ‘something about this just ain’t right.”

Sandy Rios #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Sandy Rios, the right-wing radio host and American Family Association governmental affairs director, is outraged at the GOP’s handling of legislation to combat sex trafficking, a bipartisan bill whose passage may be threatened because of an anti-abortion provision quietly added in by Republican leadership.

Rios said her problem isn’t with the anti-choice add-on, which she supports, but with the fact that Republicans are pushing for the legislation at all at a time when they should instead be fighting to stop gay rights.

She claimed that conservatives should see the fight against sex trafficking as “secondary” to combatting homosexuality since the latter is “threatening the culture” while trafficking “has been overblown.”

Illinois Family Institute #homophobia #wingnut rightwingwatch.org

A coalition of anti-gay groups is once again urging parents to keep their children out of school on the annual anti-bullying “Day of Silence.” The Illinois Family Institute published the call to action on its website today, signed by activists including Matt Barber, Concerned Women for America’s Penny Nance, Americans For Truth About Homosexuality’s Peter LaBarbera, Scott Lively, Linda Harvey, Liberty Counsel’s Mat Staver, and MassResistance’s Brian Camenker.

Calling the GLSEN-sponsored event “the queen of all the numerous homosexuality-affirming activities that take place in public schools,” the activists allege that it is meant to “indoctrinate 16-year-olds.”

“We must demonstrate the boldness and perseverance of the Left if we hope to stop the relentless appropriation of public education for the promotion of homosexuality,” they exhort.

The Day of Silence has long been a target of anti-gay group’ efforts to crack down on anti-bullying efforts in schools.

The Day of Silence is the queen of all the numerous homosexuality-affirming activities that take place in public schools. It started in one university and then like a cancer metastasized to thousands of high schools, and then into middle schools. Before long it will take place in elementary schools. Leftists know that it’s easier to indoctrinate 16-year-olds than 36-year-olds and easier still to indoctrinate 6-year-olds.

GLSEN promotes the Day of Silence as an “anti-bullying” effort. If it were solely about eradicating bullying, everyone—liberals and conservatives alike—would support it. But it’s not.

The Day of Silence exploits government schools, captive audiences, and anti-bullying sentiment to advance the Left’s social, moral, and political beliefs and goals. GLSEN seeks to advance the belief that all public expressions of moral disapproval of homosexual activity are bullying.

A coalition of pro-family organizations is once again urging parents to keep their children home from school on the Day of Silence if their school administrations will be allowing students to politicize instructional time by refusing to speak. This is the only organized national effort to oppose any pro-homosexual activity or event in public schools.

The absence of conservative influence within the culture on issues related to homosexuality is to some extent the fault of conservatives. Ignorance, fear, and an astounding lack of perseverance on the parts of conservatives have turned our cultural institutions—including public education—into the playground of “progressives.” Our passivity has enabled homosexual activists and their ideological allies to become social, political, and pedagogical bullies. Evidence of that is everywhere, including in schools on the GLSEN’s annual April school event, the Day of Silence.

We must demonstrate the boldness and perseverance of the Left if we hope to stop the relentless appropriation of public education for the promotion of homosexuality.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Alarmed by reports that more than half of those living in Los Angeles who are between the ages 18 to 34 are bilingual, Bryan Fischer declared on his radio program today that the fact that more and more people are speaking a language other than English in America is a sign of God's judgment upon this nation.

Seemingly unaware that the bilingual individuals profiled in the very article that he cited speak English in addition to another language, Fischer linked the rise of multilingualism in America to the story of the Tower of Babel in the book of Genesis in which God "confused the people with different languages" as punishment for their arrogance, saying that the same thing is now happening here.

"When God's judgment falls on a nation for turning its back on him," Fischer said, "one form that that judgment takes is that people lose their ability to talk to each other. It's a form and expression of God's judgment ... I believe God's judgment is beginning to settle in on this land in the form of linguistic isolation"

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Bryan Fischer believes, among other things, that Native Americans and all immigrants should be required to convert to Christianity, that homosexuality should be illegal, that discrimination against gays should be official public policy, that gays should be banned from serving in public office, and that Muslims should be prohibited from immigrating to America, serving in the military, or building mosques.

So it came as a bit of a surprise to us to hear Fischer declare on his radio show today that conservatives such as himself "believe in live and let live."

"That's the difference between liberals and conservatives," he said. "Conservatives believe in live and let live. I may disapprove of your lifestyle, but I'm not going to use force to try and stop you from making those choices. You're going to have to answer to God, you'll have to deal with the consequences of your behavior. Liberals are not like that. They want to control every decision that people make. They lust for power and politics is where they find it"

Kris Kobach #racist rightwingwatch.org

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, one of the chief architects of the anti-immigrant movement’s legal and legislative strategies, told a caller to his weekly radio program last week that while he thought it was “unlikely,” it would not be a “huge jump” to predict that the Obama administration could call an end to the prosecutions of African Americans for any crime. Claiming that “it’s already happened more or less in the case of civil rights laws,” Kobach told listeners that “I’ve learned to say with this president, never say never.”

Kobach was discussing the University of Minnesota’s decision to stop including race and other physical descriptions in email alerts of crimes on campus unless they have “sufficient detail that would help identify” a perpetrator, when a listener named Stu called in to share a theory.

“Given the situation in Minnesota, given the recent story that Obama was instructing immigration enforcement to not enforce the immigration laws against illegal aliens, I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch, Kris, to envision an announcement that any black person accused of a crime, charged with a crime, is not going to be prosecuted, regardless of the crime,” he said, adding that “we’ve already seen it from Eric Holder in his failure to prosecute the Black Panthers.”

Holder, Kobach agreed, “basically made it clear—.that the civil rights laws were only to protect minority races, and he was not going to be enforcing them to the benefit of white people who were discriminated against on the basis of their race. So, that’s basically what you’ve described.”

“So the word is going to come down that there just won’t be any prosecutions of black criminals,” Stu predicted. “And I can see it happening. I don’t think I’m nuts for envisioning it.”

“Well, it’s already happened more or less in the case of civil rights laws,” Kobach responded. “So I guess it’s not a huge jump, I think it’s unlikely, but you know I’ve learned to say with this president, never say never.”

Kobach got national attention back in November when a caller presented the outlandish scenario that a Latino majority in the U.S. would embark on an “ethnic cleansing,” to which Kobach responded in a similar noncommittal way, saying that while he didn’t “think it’s going to happen in America,” under Obama “things are strange and they are happening.”

Scott Lively #fundie #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

Last month, rabidly anti-gay activist Scott Lively warned that if the Supreme Court strikes down state bans on same-sex marriage, it could lead to the rise of the Antichrist by the end of the year.

Naturally, Bryan Fischer decided to have Lively join him in-studio for his radio program today so that he could discuss his warning to America as well as promote the upcoming prayer vigil that he will be holding outside of the Supreme Court.

Lively told Fischer that America is about to cross "a line with God that hasn't occurred in the entire history of the world since Noah's flood," which he once again asserted was brought about by the celebration of "homosexual marriage."

"The final straw for God was when they started celebrating and engaging in homosexual and bestial marriages," he said.

Lively went on to declare that homosexuality is "the most egregious form of rebellion against God" and is a sin that is "worse than murder and worse then genocide."

"It's not just another sin," he continued. "It's really a harbinger of the judgment of God ... The celebration by the society [of homosexuality] is a harbinger of the wrath of God":

Louie Gohmert #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Following Benjamin Netanyahu's speech to Congress yesterday, Rep. Louie Gohmert called into the "Point of View" radio program to discuss the Israeli Prime Minister's remarks. During the discussion, the Texas Congressman alleged that the Obama administration told the Nigerian government that the U.S. will not assist in the fight against the terrorist organization Boko Haram until Nigeria legalizes gay marriage.

"I don't know if you saw this story," Gohmert said, "but it was reported from Nigeria that this administration said unless you change your law to allow same-sex marriage, then we're not going to help you against the radical Islamist Boko Haram, which is killing Christians, having young girls raped and sold into sex slavery."

The "reports" that Gohmert mentioned seem to have come from right-wing outlets such as WorldNetDaily and The Gateway Pundit, so obviously they are very reliable.

Gohmert then went on to warn that God will punish America for "turning its back on Christians and Jews around the world."

"I am very afraid since I know," he said, "that the judgements of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. It doesn't matter how many people in America are faithful followers, we have put into place leaders who may bring down judgment on the United States if we don't start helping the good guys"

David Barton #fundie #homophobia rightwingwatch.org

In the second in a series of presentations that he recently made at Charis Bible College in Colorado, right-wing pseudo-historian David Barton reiterated his belief that God will never allow a cure or vaccine for AIDS to be discovered because the disease is divine punishment for homosexuality.

Citing Romans 1, which declares that "men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved," Barton said that God will never allow a cure to be found for AIDS because that would eliminate the "penalty" that is due for engaging in such behavior.

"Anything the Bible says is right, there is scientific basis for it now," Barton said. "The federal government, in the last several years, has spent tens of billions of dollars looking for a vaccine for AIDS and I don't think they will ever find a vaccine for HIV/AIDS. And I say that based on a particular Bible verse ... Notice this, homosexuals receive in their bodies the penalty due them. The Bible says if you engage in homosexuality, your body will do things that will penalize you. So if you can have a vaccine for AIDS, then you're keeping your body from penalizing you. I don't think they'll ever find a vaccine for AIDS"

Andrea Shea King #fundie rightwingwatch.org

WorldNetDaily commentator and fringe radio host Andrea Shea King wants to punish elected officials who plan to skip Benjamin Netanyahu’s controversial address to the U.S. Congress tomorrow—by putting them to death.

King said on her radio program last month that such officials shouldn’t just “pay with their jobs” but should also “pay with their lives.” “I would like to think that these guys could pay with their lives, hanging from a noose in front of the U.S. Capitol Building,” she said. “What they are doing is they are putting their own interests above that of America, and to me that is criminal.”

King specifically suggested hanging members of the Congressional Black Caucus, saying “their districts are all dumb clucks because these dumb clucks wouldn’t be electing these people if they knew better.”

“How do people like this get to represent us in Congress?” she asked. “Because there are stupid people out there in those congressional districts who are so ignorant it’s dangerous—. Stupid, stupid people. Our lives are on the line and all they can think of is skin color. All of us will turn black if we end up in a cage on fire.”

Victoria Jackson #conspiracy rightwingwatch.org

Right-wing entertainer and former Saturday Night Live comedian Victoria Jackson appeared on Newsmax today to discuss her claim that she was snubbed at SNL’s 40th anniversary celebration.

When host Steve Malzberg asked Jackson about her latest music video, “There’s a Muslim Living in the White House,” Jackson said Obama “doesn’t act like a Christian at all” and is probably a Muslim since he “supports abortion and same-sex marriage.”

She wondered why the whole country doesn’t realize President Obama is a Muslim: “The thing that is frustrating to me is every night I hear the news commentators say: Why is Obama doing this? Why is he helping the enemy? Why is he telling them where we’re going to hit them? Why is he aiding and abetting ISIS? And I’m like, because he’s one of them. It’s so obvious. It’s like the emperor’s new clothes, you know? It’s like nobody will say the truth. He’s an Islamic jihadist.”

Ted Yoho #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yoho told host J.D. Hayworth and fellow guest Michael Flanagan, both former GOP congressman: “Congressman Flanagan said we’ve got to get God back into a lot of these principles in our country that we were founded on, and I agree. We’re taking God out of this country, they’re fighting for their God, and all I can say is the person who has God on their side is going to win this. And I think we all need to huddle around and get back to some basics in this country.” - See more at:

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yesterday on "The 700 Club," Pat Robertson fielded a question from a viewer who wondered if she should be worried about her pregnant daughter posting fetal ultrasound photos on Facebook. Robertson, giving an answer that sounds more like a bad sequel to "Rosemary's Baby," warned that the woman’s daughter may be setting her family up to be cursed by a Facebook-savvy satanic coven.

"I don't think there is any harm in it,” he said. “But I tell you, there are demons and there are evil people in the world, and you post a picture like that and some cultist gets hold of it or a coven and they begin muttering curses against an unborn child. You never know what somebody's going to do."

Sandy Rios #fundie rightwingwatch.org

American Family Association governmental affairs director Sandy Rios is upset that media commentators like George Will are mocking Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker for refusing to say this week whether he believes in evolution. After all, Rios explained on her radio show today, “science has done nothing but disprove the theory of evolution.”

“There is no scientific evidence” to substantiate evolution, she said, at least according to “the real experts.” So why has this stunning revelation that the foundational theory behind modern biology has been refuted not percolated through the scientific community? Well, Rios explained, that’s because evolution has become a sacred, religious tenant.

“Evolution has become the religion of the elite,” Rios said. “It’s a religion to the [level of] fanaticism of what they would say was the people at the Scopes monkey trial, the Christians waving their Bibles who were not really thinking through the facts, they were just outraged because it was against God’s law. The truth of the matter is that the evolutionists like George Will, waving their evolutionary theory, have become as rabid and unreasoned as what they accuse the Scopes monkey religionists of doing to Darwin during that time. It has become a religion. Science has disproven so much of evolution—. These guys are wrong, Scott Walker is right.”

David and Jason Benham #fundie rightwingwatch.org

During an appearance today on “AFA Today,” the daytime talk show of the American Family Association, the Benham brothersonce again linked Satan to the gay community.

David Benham told host Kevin McCullough that “America has systemically removed God from society, starting in the public schools. He’s been removed from business, he’s been removed from every vestige of society. Do we have any inclination that he’s not going to be removed from one of the three institutions that was in working order before sin entered the world — work, Sabbath and marriage? Those three things God set in place before sin entered the world; Satan is coming after all of them.”

After McCullough asked the brothers why “activists, primarily of the sexual nature,” criticized them, David Benham said that “Satan wants to bring a false intimacy” through things like gay relationships. Jason Benham suggested that Satan is behind both gay relationships and abortion rights because he hates reproduction.

Bill Federer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Bill Federer, a lesser-known Religious Right "historian" in the vein of David Barton, was the guest on Gordon Klingenschmitt's "Pray In Jesus Name" program today where he and "Dr. Chaps" discussed their concerns about what will happen to Christians in America if atheists take over the military. "We ask ourselves," Federer said, "will the people that are pushing [an anti-Christian agenda], once they get in charge of the guns, do we really expect them to be more tolerant than they are now? Or, will they be tempted to use their new powers to force their agenda?" Federer went on to declare that recent history shows that leaders like Stalin, Pol Pot, and Mao had no hesitation about using their "atheistic military" to kill tens of millions of their own people. "So we see that terrible things can happen when you get a military that no longer has a belief that every person is sacred because they're made in the image of God," Federer added, "it just becomes a tool to push an agenda. And so this is a concern a lot of people have."

Mike Huckabee #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Mike Huckabee, doing his best to channel Dr. Jenna Jacobs, said in a recent interview with televangelist Jim Bakker that he doesn’t have any personal animus towards gay people, explaining that he opposes gay rights merely because that is what the Bible commands him to do.

Huckabee, who once called homosexuality “an aberrant, unnatural and sinful lifestyle” and demanded that the government quarantine people with HIV/AIDS, said he is offended that anyone thinks he is homophobic.

“The way that we’ve allowed words like tolerance, bigotry — what has happened to us, we allow ourselves to be called homophobic or bigoted, we’re not,” Huckabee told Bakker in the latest segment of their interview recent interview to be posted online. “We are just people who believe that there is a standard that was not ours, it was God’s, it was given to us and for us to change it we have to get his permission.”

This led Huckabee to rant against the public schools for undermining “core moral values” and teaching that America is an “evil, imperialistic nation,” telling Bakker that “it’s pretty frightening in that there are so many ways in which the education system is not educating but indoctrinating, it’s why we see so many parents who are going to homeschool or pulling their children out of government-operated school.”

Bakker also talked with Huckabee about how the former governor had many gay employees at Fox News and “gay people visit in your home,” proving that he is “not a hater.”

“We’re not trying to outlaw anybody, we’re not trying to cut back anybody, all we’re saying is, we want to believe the word of the Bible that we believe to be the word of the living God,” Bakker said.

Huckabee then took the opportunity to call on conservative Christians to get involved in politics to fight the War on Christmas and gay rights: “We’re involved when the government says you can’t have a nativity scene, you can’t sing Christmas carols. We’re already involved when we’re told that we can’t have a marriage ceremony that is limited to one man, one woman. We’re already involved when a photographer is told that she’s going to have to take photos of a same-sex wedding or a caterer is told that she’ll have to do a same-sex wedding cake.”

Sandy Rios #conspiracy rightwingwatch.org

The American Family Association’s Sandy Rios enjoys promoting bizarre conspiracy theories to imply that President Obama is a secret Muslim, and today she even managed to find proof of Obama’s hidden faith in his State of the Union address.

. . . claim that Obama was spreading Muslim messages in his speech when he used the word “pillar” to describe the foundations of American leadership in the world: “The other thing he said that I caught, he has done this before, you know there are five pillars of Islam, and he used the term ‘pillars’ again in his speech last night.” “It is just really interesting, language can actually give us some insight, choices of words,” she said.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Yes, but which god?

On his radio program today, Bryan Fischer speculated that the attack by radical Muslim terrorists on the French magazine Charlie Hebdo that killed twelve people may have been God's retribution for the magazine's blasphemy. Given that the magazine, in addition to mocking Islam and Muhammad, also had a long record of running satirical articles and cartoons about Christianity and Jesus, Fischer raised the possibility that this attack was punishment for the magazine's repeated violation of the commandment that "you shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain." "They made a career out of taking the name of God, the God of the Bible, the father of the Lord Jesus," said Fischer, who has made the case in the past that instituting anti-blasphemy laws in America was entirely feasible.

Sher Zieve #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Sher Zieve of BarbWire says she is on to President Obama’s secret plan to “import” thousands of Muslims into the U.S. by “calling them ‘refugees’” in order to “bring in enough of them to the USA so that they can and will help him overthrow it — they follow Muhammad’s actions to usurp it and begin their own communities segregated from the rest of the people.”

In these American “Shariah Controlled Zones,” according to Zieve, “Non-Muslims had best not enter or they will be stoned—and soon, I suspect, likely worse.”

“We are now fighting for our lives and souls against as malicious and evil an enemy as ever walked the Earth,” Zieve writes. “And, like locusts, Islam does devour and destroy everything it touches.”

"Since its inception–when Muhammad chose the pagan god Ba’al as the god-leader of his new system and named it/him Allah, Islam has been a system of violence and almost unspeakable acts committed against non-believers—or Muslims who don’t practice its ways as the Imams of an area believe they should. Remember that the only time Islam and its Muslim adherents are non-violent is when there aren’t enough of them in an area to overwhelm and overcome the indigenous populations. But, when their populations grows to a certain level, the true barbarism of these people begins to immediately rear its head. We’re seeing it now in large portions of Dearborn, Michigan where Muslims have taken over and will not allow those of another faith to enter their community, let alone live there. When Muslims come into an area–and the Obama syndicate is working 24/7 to bring in enough of them to the USA so that they can and will help him overthrow it–they follow Muhammad’s actions to usurp it and begin their own communities segregated from the rest of the people. They then spread and take over more and more land, forcing out the current residents with acts of violence. In 2013 alone, Obama had over 300,000 Muslims imported and in 2014 he imported at least 70,000 more—calling them “refugees.“ This is what has happened to Dearborn, which is–for all intents and purposes–no longer part of the State of Michigan and certainly not the USA. Police will not protect non-Muslims in this area. There is a list of cities Islamists/Muslims have complied (see video link below and start at the 7 minute mark) of the major cities they plan to take over first. Thus far, there are 30 of them. When Muslims take over an area it is removed from the country and becomes pat [sic] of Islam. Bumper stickers on fences and signs warn those tempted to enter this portion of the country that it is a “Shariah Controlled Zone” and “Islamic Rule [is] Enforced.” Non-Muslims had best not enter or they will be stoned—and soon, I suspect, likely worse. I believe that we have now entered into one of the final phases of this world’s history and that Islam is the Beast. Submission to it is far worse that dying by fighting against it. In the USA, truth is now being touted as “whatever Obama says it is from one day to the next depending on his mood.” We are now fighting for our lives and souls against as malicious and evil an enemy as ever walked the Earth. It’s time we started telling the real truth about it or we will be complicit in its spread. And, like locusts, Islam does devour and destroy everything it touches."

Ken Ham #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis was a guest on American Family Radio today, where he discussed with Tim Wildmon his new project building a Noah’s Ark theme park in Kentucky. Ham insisted that the theme park, a complement to Ham's Creation Museum, has come under attack from “intolerant” liberals who want to deny it taxpayer funding.

Last month, Kentucky’s tourism board announced that the Noah’s Ark park wouldn’t be eligible for an $18 million tourism tax break because Answers In Genesis intends to use the site to proseletize and refuses to promise not to discriminate based on religion in its hiring. The board noted that “tate tourism tax incentives cannot be used to fund religious indoctrination or otherwise be used to advance religion," but Ham cried persecution, complaining that Kentucky had violated his “fundamental rights” by witholding the tax break.

In the American Family Radio interview, Ham continued to portray himself as the victim of “intolerant” liberals (like Bill Nye) while also inadvertently bolstering the tourism board’s case by announcing that the Noah’s Ark park will be “one of the greatest evangelist outreaches of our day, of our period in history.”

General Jerry Boykin #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week, the American Family Association’s Sandy Rios interviewed Family Research Council vice president Jerry Boykin and self-proclaimed ex-terrorist Kamal Saleem about their new novel, “The Coalition.”

He said that Christians have to tell Muslims that they are “sinning” just as one would tell a son living with his girlfriend that he is not “okay with God”:

“We have to stand against evil. It’s like when your neighbor is sinning and do you love him, do you love him enough to tell him he’s sinning? Do you love him enough, one of your children, to tell them that what they’re doing is wrong, living with his girlfriend is a sin? Do you love him that much or are you going to take the easy way out and not tell him and let him go on thinking that he’s okay with God because he really loves this girl he’s living with?”

“We’ve got to love the Muslims enough to stand up against the evil that we see them perpetrating in the name of Allah, but at the same time we’ve got to offer them the Gospel of Jesus Christ in one way or another,” he added.

David Barton #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Back in October, David Barton spoke at First Christian Church in Kernersville, North Carolina, during which he doubled down on his infamous claim that the Founding Fathers opposed the teaching of evolution, despite the fact that Charles Darwin didn't even come up with the theory until several decades after America was founded.

How is this possible, you ask?

Well, according to Barton, the theory of evolution was established way back in 500 B.C. and so the Founding Fathers knew all about it nearly a century before Darwin wrote his book.

As Barton explained, the Founding Fathers took positions on everything from the legality of abortion to gays in the military long before those topics became contentious culture war issues in the Twentieth Century. And since the Bible says that "there is nothing new under the sun," it stands to reason that the Founding Fathers also opposed evolution.

"Did you know the Founding Fathers had extensive writings on the problems with evolution and why creationism was right?" Barton asked. "You think evolution came in with Darwin? No, no, no. Everything Darwin argued had been established 500 years B.C. All Darwin did was take all the evolutionary thought that was out there and put it in one book to make it really easy to read. That wasn't original thinking by Darwin. It was there by 500 B.C. That's why the Founding Fathers had huge writings on evolution and creation"

Rick Wiles #fundie rightwingwatch.org

End Times broadcaster Rick Wiles is upset that Western nations have imposed sanctions on the Russian economy, contributing to the country’s recent financial crisis, since Wiles is a big booster of Vladimir Putin and especially the Russian government’s anti-LGBT policies. On his radio show “Trunews” this week, Wiles predicted that the U.S. will provoke Russia into using nuclear weapons “and just obliterate us while we sleep at night.” And when this happens, Wiles warned, God won’t come to America’s aid: “We are on the edge of World War III and this time the United States of America does not have divine protection because we’ve become a nation of homosexuals and atheists and lesbians and God-haters.” He said that Americans will instead cry out to their “gay god” while Russia pummels the country with nukes. “Is your gay god going to come and save you?” he asked. Last year, Wiles warned of a looming nuclear war with North Korea, which he attributed to God’s outrage at gay people.

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On “The 700 Club” today, Pat Robertson took a question from a viewer who said she attends a church whose members aren’t allowed to date, leaving many church members “frustrated because we’re getting older and no one is getting married.”

Robertson found this to be absolutely ridiculous because a church with a no-dating policy will eventually “die out”— just like gay people.

“You know, those who are homosexual will die out because they don’t reproduce,” he said. “You know, you have to have heterosexual sex to reproduce. Same thing with that church, it’s doomed, it’s going to die out because it’s the most nonsensical thing I’ve heard in a long time.”

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Who would Jesus waterboard?

Fischer argued on his radio program today that the Bible makes certain things permissible during times of war that would not be permissible during times of peace, adding that Jesus is a "warrior" who would probably approve of torture. "Christianity is not a pacifist religion," Fischer said. "The God that we serve is described in Exodus 15 as a 'man of war.' Now we often think of gentle Jesus, meek and mild, but let's not forget, according to Romans 19:13, when he comes back ... he will be riding a white horse and wearing his own robe, dipped in blood. That is a robe that is worn by a warrior who is inflicting casualties on the foe. So this is gentle Jesus, meek and mild; when we comes back, his robe is going to be dipped in blood because he too is a warrior":

James Dobson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

James Dobson recently sat down with Billy Hallowell, the Faith and culture editor at Glenn Beck's "The Blaze" website, to discuss Dobson's most recent book, "Your Legacy: The Greatest Gift."

During the discussion, Hallowell asked Dobson about the role that Christianity should play in society today, to which Dobson responded by warning that if the definition of marriage is changed, it will spell doom for our entire society.

"When you start to weaken" the institution of marriage and the family, Dobson warned, "it influences the entire culture and, in fact, the entire superstructure of culture can come crashing down. That's happened in Rome, it happened in Greece, it's happened throughout history and I don't think that America can survive in the form we have known ... if we allow the family to disintegrate. And that is, in fact, what's happening"

Rick Santorum #fundie rightwingwatch.org

In a conference call with members of right-wing pastor E.W. Jackson’s STAND America that was posted online today, former senator Rick Santorum disputed the existence of the separation of church and state in the U.S. Constitution, dismissing it as a Communist idea that has no place in America. A listener on the call told Santorum that “a number of the things that the far left, a.k.a. the Democrat [sic] Party, and the president is pushing for and accomplishing actually accomplishes a number of the tenets of ‘The Communist Manifesto,’ including the amnesty, the elevation of pornography, homosexuality, gay marriage, voter fraud, open borders, mass self-importation of illegal immigrants and things of that nature.” The likely presidential candidate replied that “the words ‘separation of church and state’ is not in the U.S. Constitution, but it was in the constitution of the former Soviet Union. That’s where it very, very comfortably sat, not in ours.” Of course, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, among others, referred to the separation of church and state when explaining the amendment which they drafted.

Later in the call, Santorum continued to lecture President Obama on race in America, telling Jackson — who once criticized a desegregation plan as “social engineering” — that Obama harmed race relations and, ironically, failed “to do something transformational.” “When you cavort with Al Sharpton, you certainly aren’t into racial reconciliation, that sort of sums it up right there,” he said. “You surround yourself with folks who are not healers but dividers, this president has been the divider-in-chief on so many fronts. You had hoped, as you mentioned, Bishop [Jackson], you hoped that on this front it was an opportunity for the president to do something transformational, that he could’ve been that figure that could’ve made a real difference in racial reconciliation, could’ve made a real difference just within the black community and he chose to take a different path, he chose to use it as a wedge issue as opposed to an issue that was one that he said he wanted to accomplish when he was going to heal the country. He has done anything but.”

Kris Kobach #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, a leader in the anti-immigrant movement, said during his Sunday radio program that it’s possible that a Hispanic majority in the U.S. could conduct an “ethnic cleansing.”

Kobach made his remarks in response to a caller who asked, “What happens, if you know your history, when one culture or one race or one religion overwhelms another culture or race?”

Claiming that immigrant rights groups are “calling for the return of the Spanish territory, which could be almost half of the United States,” the caller warned, “When one race or culture overwhelms another culture, they run them out or they kill them. And it’s a bigger issue than just being Democrats. And they know in numbers, once the numbers are so bad, they can pretty much do whatever they want to do.”

“What protects us in America from any kind of ethnic cleansing is the rule of law, of course,” Kobach responded. “And the rule of law used to be unassailable, used to be taken for granted in America. And now, of course, we have a president who disregards the law when it suits his interests. So, while I normally would answer that by saying, ‘Steve, of course we have the rule of law, that could never happen in America,’ I wonder what could happen. I still don’t think it’s going to happen in America, but I have to admit, things are strange and they are happening."

(NAM- non Asian minority)

Anti-discrimination laws should be repealed not only because they're unconstitutional and infringe on the right to free association, but because whites have very good reasons for avoiding NAMs. Schools should stop wasting time trying to close achievement gaps. And not only do whites have nothing to feel guilty about, they are the best thing to ever happen to blacks. Even ignoring race, humanity will not move forward through equality or by raising up the really stupid to the level of just plain stupid.

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On “Focal Point” today, host Bryan Fischer once again linked the supposed moral failings of Native Americans to the seizure of their land by European colonists.

Fischer recounted the Biblical tale of the Amorites, a group that had “lapsed into superstition and paganism and idolatry and sexual immorality and savagery” until they were vanquished by the Israelites. He then paraphrased God as saying, “I’m going to be patient with the Amorite people for 400 years, and if they continue to sin at the rate they’re sinning, every time they sin they’re putting a little more slop in the slop bucket, and if they keep doing that the slop bucket’s going to get full, and I’m going to have to empty out that slop bucket.”

Fischer then used the story to justify the violent expulsion of Native American people from their territory at the hands of white settlers. “This may even be a part of American history, when we think about the moral right for the nation and the peoples that God brought into this land to exercise sovereign control over the land,” he said. “Part of that equation may have to do with the immorality of those nations that were exercising sovereign control over this land at the time.”

Gordon Klingenschmitt #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Earlier this year, the Maine Supreme Court ruled that local school officials had violated the rights of a transgender student by not allowing her to use the girls' restroom and Gordon Klingenschmitt was unsurprisingly opposed to this ruling, declaring on his "Pray In Jesus Name" program yesterday that what this student really needed was a spanking and an exorcism.

Noting that Nicole Maines has an identical twin brother, Klingenschmitt declared that she was possessed by a demonic spirit.

"One of those two boys is possessed by a demon," he said, "and the parents are encouraging that and really what the parents ought to do is take that boy to an exorcist, take that boy to a minister or at least discipline the boy, maybe give him a spanking. Maybe dress him like a boy even if he complains and whines and says 'I don't wanna wear boys clothes.' Too bad, son. You're a boy, you gotta man up":

Rick Wiles & Steve Quayle #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On yesterday’s edition of “Trunews,” End Times broadcasters Rick Wiles and Steve Quayle got together for a discussion of whether “world leaders [are] preparing for a global Ebola plague.” The interview drifted into a conversation about Israel’s role in the Last Days, with the commentators warning that President Obama’s foreign policy will lead to a war against Israel. Wiles asked: “Steve, do you believe that Barack Obama is a potential mass murderer on the scale of Stalin, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot?” “Yes,” Quayle said. “I think he will supersede them all.”

Larry Klayman #conspiracy rightwingwatch.org

Larry Klayman spoke to WorldNetDaily this weekend about his lawsuit demanding that President Obama impose a travel ban on people coming from West Africa, calling the refusal to impose such a ban a racist decision on Obama’s part. Klayman told WND that Obama would never help white countries because he is dead-set on “furthering a type of reverse discrimination against people who are not African” and upholding his “affinity with Africa.” “This president, in everything he does, wears his race on his sleeve,” Klayman continued. “And he’s furthering acts of terrorism because he’s opening the door to ISIS and other terrorists to infect themselves with Ebola and to come here and to spread it throughout this country.”

Robert Jeffress #fundie rightwingwatch.org

While filling in for Bryan Fischer on the "Focal Point" radio program today, guest host Fred Jackson interviewed pastor Robert Jeffress about last night's "I Stand Sunday" event in Houston. Jeffress said he hoped that the event would wake Christians up to the fact that their religion is under attack by Satan and that this nation is well on its way the wholesale persecution of Christians. When Jackson asked why Christians are being attacked in America while there are no similar sorts of attacks against Buddhists, Hindus, Atheists, or "Islamics," Jeffress said that it was obviously due to the fact that Satan "has been trying to extinguish the Christian message ever since he inspired Herod to try to kill the Christ child." "There is a spiritual reason why Christianity is uniquely under attack like this," he said, as he and Jackson both hoped that the controversy in Houston will wake Americans up to the fact that "spiritual warfare is very real." Jeffress admitted that the so-called "persecution" of Christians in America is nothing like what is experienced by Christians in other countries, but warned that this nation is still marching down the path toward that same sort of persecution happening here in the very near future. "You start, first of all, by marginalizing Christians," he said, "which Christians are increasingly being marginalized. And then you paint them as extremists, which is what is happening right now. And then once you've succeeded in turning the public's attitude toward Christians as that of being extremists, then it's okay to launch a persecution against them. And I believe that's what's happening right now and I believe we're going to see it increasingly occur"

Douglas MacKinnon #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Conservative columnist and former Reagan administration aide Douglas MacKinnon is out with a new book calling for Southern states to secede—again.

While speaking yesterday with Janet Mefferd about his book, “The Secessionist States of America: The Blueprint for Creating a Traditional Values Country—Now,” MacKinnon called for a movement of states, starting with South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, to establish a new country that will adhere to the Religious Right’s political agenda.

Texas, MacKinnon explained, was not included in his secessionist blueprint because “there have been a number of incursions into Texas and other places from some of the folks in Mexico.”

He added that the South had “seceded legally” and “peacefully” during the Civil War, but greedy Northerners like President Lincoln “waged an illegal war that was in fact not declared against the South after the South basically did what we’re talking about in this book now in terms of peacefully, legally and constitutionally leaving the union.”

After lamenting that “for whatever reason the leaders that we’re picking are deciding not to stand firmly for traditional values,” MacKinnon repeated his view that a new country should be formed, and even proposed an “interim name” for the ultraconservative breakaway nation: “Reagan.”

MacKinnon specifically cited advances in gay rights as a reason for Southern states to leave the U.S. and create a new country. [Emphasis added]

MacKinnon strongly defended the South for its role in what he called “The War Between The States,” saying that Religious Right activists should endorse the secessionist movement as a way to “protect our faith.”

Pat Robertson #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Pat Robertson may be a stalwart denier of climate change, but today on “The 700 Club” the televangelist conceded that climate change did occur in biblical times, and that’s why humans no longer live to be 950 years old like Noah, or make it to 969 like Noah’s grandfather Methuselah. “Apparently, after the Flood there wasn’t as much moisture in the air, there weren’t as many bacteria, microbes and things like that and maybe the climate was such that salts on our bodies weren’t as severe,” he said. “But after the Flood, God said the years of a man is going to be 120 years.” - See more at: http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/pat-robertson-people-dont-live-be-950-anymore-because-climate-change#sthash.NDsdWOjR.dpuf

Rick Wiles #conspiracy rightwingwatch.org

Robert P. George, a founder of the National Organization for Marriage and vice-chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, decided that it would be a good idea to appear on Rick Wiles’ “Trunews” yesterday. George may or may not have known that Wiles is an absolutely insane conspiracy theorist, but he might have gotten a hint when, during the interview, Wiles told him that the U.S. and its allies have been secretly training ISIS.

While George said he couldn’t confirm or respond to Wiles’ claims, the End Times broadcaster went on to claim that coalition airstrikes are “just dropping bombs” and deliberately “missing the strongholds” of ISIS.

Before the interview with George, Wiles shared his theory that “‘Ebola Barry’ is deliberately spreading Ebola inside America in a way that would have made Typhoid Mary blush with embarrassment over his brazen ways,” warning that “‘Ebola Barry’ is also ‘Jihad Obama,’ he is now militarizing the response to Ebola and I assure you he has plans for you and me.”

He went on to argue that the government wants to “release a highly contagious virus” that will “contaminate paper money and spread the plague” in order to “destroy the U.S. Dollar” and replace it with the “Amero.”

But Wiles wasn’t done just yet.

He ended the program by predicting that President Obama will stay on as president after his second term comes to an end and will murder millions of Christians just like Pol Pot, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong: “This is the warning for America, you have a dictator, you have a dictator in the White House who is waiting for the opportunity to bring his violence to this country.”

“If Mr. Obama gets his way, if he really is able to do what is in his heart, he will bring unspeakable violence and bloodshed to the soil of America, he will bring civil war, he will bring rioting, his assignment is to destroy the country, he is the destroyer,” Wiles said. “The damage he’s going to do in the next two years will be unbelievable and we have no idea whether he will leave after 2016 or whether there will be anything left for somebody else to govern.”

Michael Savage #fundie rightwingwatch.org

Last week on his talk radio program, Michael Savage got into an argument with a caller over whether California lawmakers should rename a San Francisco tunnel in honor of Robin Williams. The caller, who said he was a veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), defended the move, while Savage objected to the plan, claiming that it would promote suicide.

After a lengthy argument, Savage hung up on the caller and proceeded to attack him. “I am so sick and tired with everyone with their complaints about PTSD, depression. Everyone wants their hand held and a check, a government check. What, are you the only generation that had PTSD? The only generation that’s depressed?”

He then blamed America’s problems on those who “cry like a little baby” over depression: “If the whole nation is told, ‘boo-hoo-hoo, come and get a medication, come and get treatment, talk about mental illness,’ you know what you wind up with? You wind up with Obama in the White House and lawyers in every phase of the government, that’s what you wind up with. It’s a weak, sick nation. A weak, sick, broken nation.”

Savage continued that veterans with PTSD are a “bunch of losers” and recommended that they be more like Michael Savage.

“You need men like me to save the country,” he said. “You need men to stand up and say stop crying like a baby over everything.” He continued that “men are so weak and so narcissistic” that it is “no wonder ISIS can defeat our military.”

Bryan Fischer #fundie rightwingwatch.org

On his radio program today, Bryan Fischer made the case that the government can never endorse any position that is contrary to the will of God because government was established by God specifically for the purpose of carrying out his will, which is why gay marriage can never be legal. As Fischer explained, the entire idea of civil government came from God and therefore all earthly political and legal authority stems from God. As such, the purpose of civil government is to carry out the will of God, meaning that government can never remain neutral on moral issues. "God has called government to take sides in the culture war," Fischer said, "and God is instructing civil government to take the side of that which is right and good. That means government and those who hold government power have a divine responsibility to know the difference between good and evil so that they can reward the former and punish the latter." Thus, when government bans gay marriage, "it is doing a good thing," Fischer said. "It is doing a divinely ordained thing. It's doing its job. It's fulfilling its role as a minister of God"

David Horowitz #racist rightwingwatch.org

Discussing the protests in Ferguson, Missouri, on Phyllis Schlafly’s “Eagle Forum Live” radio program this week, conservative commentator David Horowitz argued that liberals are overly eager to brand conservatives as racist and, in doing so, have wrongfully maligned the police officer accused of shooting unarmed black teenager Michael Brown.

“[Protesters] destroyed a city to get a cop who was defending himself. Look at the picture of him in the hospital with his eye socket practically blown out,” he said of Officer Darren Wilson, in reference to a bogus photograph that is confirmed to be of a completely unrelated person.

Insisting that Brown was “just a thug” who suffered the consequences of his actions, Horowitz complained that white people have been vilified in matters of law enforcement and criminal justice. “They’re not interested in waiting for a trial and its result. If you’re white, you’re guilty; that’s the attitude,” he said of the Ferguson protesters. “They’re racist, for crying out tears. There’s no community that’s more racist in America than the black community. And everybody knows it, but nobody will say it.”
