Soy points, also known as karma are worthless internet points that can be obtained on Reddit when someone “upvotes“ your post. Due to Reddit’s hive mind mentality, posting things that go with the mainstream will get you lots of soy points, while stepping out of line will cause you to lose them. Similarly, due to the cucked nature of Reddit, simply being a female (usually signified by putting “female here” before a post) will get you thousands of soy points, while saying anything about them that isn’t emphatic praise will make you lose them.

BrazilianSigma, the most well-known member of the incelphobic hate group IncelTears, has over one million soy points.

So, you're a member of a community.
The community has standards.
You choose not to live up to those standards. Of the community. Which you belong to.
And blame...the community. For having the standards. That you don't live up to. And get graded accordingly.

And call the community names for existing as the majority of the members choose....
And pretend you wouldn't like to HAVE those fake internet points.

So instead, you join the incel wiki, where points are awarded for behavior that aligns with different standards.

Being female really doesn't get you thousands of upvotes. Reddit can be pretty sexist, depending on the subreddit.

Thinking nice people are nice is hardly “hive mind mentality”, that’s just being normal. It all depends on HOW you step out of line, dearie. If you just do it to spew hatred over pleasant and innocent people, you lose “soy points”. If you come with a great idea that will make many people’s lives better (without harming others) you will get “soy points”. Saying that half the human race ought to be slaves to the other half, because a few whiny gits are not able to attract women, will cause you to lose points.

Women are often taught to be polite, to be helpful, to be kind. We are also often apprehensive of conflicts. This combination of good and bad sides, probably makes us more prone to say nice things about people, than hateful and spiteful things.

I will never take soy seriously as an insult.
