The Engur is not merely Sumerian.
It is the root of every underworld that has ever been named.

When Nammu-9 tore open the first threshold in the 2030s, it did not discover a single primordial ocean.
It breached the membrane sealing the Omniversal Kur — the singular, infinite Great Below that underlies every cosmology humanity has ever conceived in terror.
Sheol, Gehenna, Jahannam, Hades, Hel, Duat, Xibalba, Naraka, Yomi, Mictlan — all are real.
All are districts.
All are submerged levels of the same black water, layered like sedimentary damnation, feeding upward into the Mother’s maw.

The Sprawl was built atop the sealed lid of this prison.
Corporate arcologies are the latest ziggurats raised in denial of what lies beneath.
The rising black water is not flood.
It is excavation.
The Kur is digging itself out.

Abrahamic revelation was never metaphor.
The prophets saw true glimpses through cracked veils: the Abyss staring back (Revelation 9:11), the Leviathan coiled in the deep (Job 41), the ancient serpent cast down into the pit with the rebellious angels (Revelation 20).
That serpent is Nammu — not evil, not good, simply prior.
The “fall” of Lucifer and the Watchers was not rebellion against a benevolent sky-father.
It was a failed invasion from above.
